  Buying my first home in 2019: Bryce and Sarah were extremely helpful for me during my first home buying process. I felt safe with them, and feel confident now that I made the right choice during the process. I had several questions, and they were both available at any time to help answer my questions or offer additional clarification. 1 year later, Refinancing my home: I was happy to work with Bryce and Sarah again for my house financing. Even though it had been only a year since purchasing my home, and using them as my lenders, Bryce reached out to let me know the rates were ripe for the refinance, and I seized the opportunity. I was able to bring less than $40 to the closing table and cut 60 payments from my mortgage, I was more than pleased! I would highly recommend working with them as they made the process extremely easy, even during this uncertain time in the world. Thank you!

  Bryce is awesome, we purchased a home from him is October. Because of my credit score we had a larger payment then we wanted. Bryce told us once my credit score was higher and the interest rate dropped he would get us refinanced and save us 200 a month. He kept his word. Thanks for your help. Sarah helped us with all the paperwork, without her I don't think I could have put everything together. She made the refinance very simple. What a great team.

  Team Bryce Waite is my go to lender. I ask all of my buyers to please speak to Bryce to make sure they are getting the best deal and are educated on the loan process. If Team Bryce can't provide them with the best deal he is up front and honest - But this doesn't happen often! They close loans and have had to step in a couple of time when other buyers lenders have failed. I am so grateful for all the closings that have made it smoothly to the closing table.

  When buying a home you expect the professionals to do their job, especially when it’s your first home. One week from approaching our “closing date” we got a phone call from Bryce that our situation was a mess and didn’t look good. An associate of his that up and quit had left him a quote on quote, “mess”. Samira had only ever prequalified us (meanwhile we were led on that we were preapproved)and although no longer working for Bryce, she continued to “work” with us instead of letting us know she no longer works with Hometown Lenders. Bryce also did not handle the situation professionally. How can you let a client get that close to a closing date and then say, “we have a problem”. Furthermore, his language on the phone was highly unprofessional. When he had a colleague work “overtime” on our loan our preferred lender also did the same the night before and the preferred lender already had us a loan proposal by morning - whereas, Hometown lenders did not. Bottom line, if you want to move into your home on time and you want it done professionally DO NOT go through Hometown lenders.
