  Words can not even express my level of gratitude for MK & his team. We just closed on the purchase of our first home and the experience couldn't have been better. We spoke with a few different Mortgage Officers before making our final decision to work with MK at Guild. A huge deciding factor was communication and boy did Team Bruce fulfill that. They communicated clearly and regularly, every step of the way. They answered my MANY questions and messages in a timely manner. They all dealt with everything with such professionalism while remaining personable. There were some hiccups, of course, but they all worked quickly and efficiently to solve each one.
