  Nicole Benson is an absolute gem of a person and loan officer. She was knowledgeable, professional, communicative, kind, and prompt. Never ever have had such a positive experience with a loan officer. Seriously seemed too good to be true up until the end where we closed on our dream home. We still look at each other in disbelief that all our dreams are coming true. Incredible in awe of Nicole and her hard work to help us get into our wonderful home.

  Becky and her team are always very quick to respond which is important in a stressful housing market. They are incredibly patient as it takes time to be prepared to buy a home. Her team has helped me buy two properties in the last 3 years and I will continue to use her and her team in the future. Talk to Becky and her team today to figure out what you can afford (conditional pre-approval) pending whatever it is that you need to do to get that approval (pay off x,y, and z, etc.). Once you find the place of your dreams they will be quick to supply you with a preapproval letter to help make your offer strong and once your offer is accepted they will guide you through to closing. You won’t regret choosing Becky and her team! Thanks guys!

  Becky and team were FAST. Becky worked with us to get all our documents in early, and she communicated regularly with us along the way so we knew exactly what next actions were necessary and where we stood in the process. I'd definitely recommend Becky to ANYONE.

  Absolutely an amazing company! As a first time home buyer I was expecting a nightmare, but Becky Sheets, Tandy Ray, and everyone else on their team has made buying a home a walk in the park. I had 0 issues...and by 0 issues, I mean 0 issues. Thank you ladies for doing such an amazing job and helping my fiance and I get our first home! I think what I like the most about all this, was that it did not feel like a business transaction...but a partnership. Thanks again, when/if we buy another home, I will go straight to Fairway! (Hopefully not anytime soon...!) Update: Just did a refinance with Becky's team and of course they are absolutely amazing. Forever customer right here for as long as they are there!

  Nicole Benson from Fairway was very helpful in my first time home buying experience. She explained everything in a way that i would understand.
