Not a great experience. Opened an account and transferred money in. My account was immediately locked with my funds, I was then denied access to my account (still can’t), and there is no update available for when/if I will be able to access my account or the funds they took from me. You’ve been warned.

One of the worst banking experiences ever. Riverhead branch horrible. The customer is not the priority. And staffing not the issue by far. Not worth the headache better to deal with a commercial bank and have your piece of mind at the end.

I put money in the atm for a cash deposit it literally took my money and gave me and error.. i t literally robbed me and didnt even go out of service after so the next person could have done the same thing
