  Donny was friendly, helpful and professional throughout the entire loan process. He made sure we understood all terms and conditions of our loan, and went out of his way to ensure we felt confident and comfortable during a very stressful, new construction process. He was always available to us and was very prompt in his responses to our questions and requests. I cannot think of a single thing that Donny could have done better.   Donny and his team were great from start to finish. Donny gave us great advice that helped us finally get an accepted offer - which is difficult to do during this crazy sellers market. Additionally, Donny and his team had our mortgage finalized and ready to close within 30 days. Really impressive. They were great to work with and made everything easy for us. Highly recommend.

  Donny was amazing! Responsive from the first phone call which took place on a Saturday afternoon! He asked all the right questions up front and guided us through a streamlined mortgage process that was not overwhelming or time consuming. All estimates provided by Donny are SPOT ON so when you get to your closing you know exactly how much money is required with no surprises at all.   The process was pretty straightforward. Donny and his staff were attentive and helpful. We did not need to constantly submit the same paperwork over and over as him and his staff were very organized. Additionally, Donny had laid out multiple options for us as first time homebuyers and he was very knowledgeable about the VA loan process.

  Donny was great from start to finish. We first spoke to Donny over 8 months before we began searching for our home. He helped explain the finances, answered all of our questions and helped create a clearer picture of the home buying process. Once we began searching, he provided us with pre-approval and maintained communication through various offers. When we found our home, he called the sellers realtor on our behalf and let them know that our finances were in order and we were ready. After our offer was accepted, Donny helped us get our mortgage ready in just under 3 weeks, again communicating and answering all of our questions. He helped make this stressful and overwhelming process for this first time homebuyer much more manageable. I highly recommend Donny for anyone looking for a mortgage.
