  Rob who leads the Tea Leaf Realty has great knowledge in broad areas related to the realty properties. His expertise on housing/rental markets, speedy responses, and consistency on communications and assistance in various aspects make transition smooth and respectful. His ability to get things done well and willingness to help clients definitely make him stand out in his professional areas. I am highly recommend Rob as a supper realtor without any hesitations. Our house was brought with Rob’s help as a realtor more than ten years ago.

  We met Rob a few years ago when we were seeking a larger home for our family. The market was rough! There were few houses that fit our needs. We had spent a long time looking for home and every time we found a house, it would sell before we could even make an offer. Enter Rob. He assured us we would indeed find a house that suits our needs. He provided us the hope that we would get there ! He never doubted. Here we are ringing in the New Year in our new home! After Rob helped us buy a house, we then went back to him to help us sell our old house. Our house sold within 6 hours of listing for above asking! The market is hot, but Rob provides the expertise and knowledge needed to get things done. Most of all- Rob provides support, humor, and encouragement when that is needed. Also wanted to say that Augie ( who works w Rob) is also amazing. He is kind and thorough. A very great guy to work with as well! I could say more but I already wrote enough. 3 simple words. Highly recommend Rob.

  The team at Tea Leaf was terrific from start to finish. In preparing the home, they had a professional on staff to help us with getting the house ready for listing. She suggested improvements and offered ways to help present our house to prospective buyers to highlight its favorable characteristics. The amount of time spent with us getting the house ready was remarkable. When photos were taken, a whole team showed up from Tea Leaf to view the house and assist with presenting our house in its finest light. After the house was listed, they were wonderful in organizing and presenting the offers in an organized way. They were prepared to discuss the pros and cons of each offer. The end result was terrific too. They were also attentive to where we were going, in this case, to a rental unit. In my view, they earned every bit of their commission and we were glad they were in our corner.

  Excellent team. Honest, upfront and knowledgeable from start to finish. Was able to find a home in a difficult market and Tea Leaf was able to streamline the process for me as efficiently as I could imagine. Timely replies and accessible throughout the buying process. Highly recommend.

  Rob was so helpful in our search for a place, he was super quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He went out of his way to make sure all of our needs/wants were met in our search. Highly recommend him!

  I was informed by a seller of a home I was so interested in that Mr. Smith a realtor here ruined the deal for me. He was unnecessarily rude and aggressive. Sending threatening emails and random hours of the night to the seller who ultimately went with another buyer. I would beware working with this realtor. What a shame since this home was my dream home.

  This review is for Lisa Ronzello - She was extremely rude, over-reactionary, unprofessional, and the worst real estate experience we have ever had. Would not recommend this agent to anyone. The same goes for her husband Steve.
