  My husband and I closed on our first home yesterday and I couldn’t be more thrilled with Nate and the entire Fairway Mortgage team! Their attention to detail made this whole process so much easier.   Nate made buying my first house easy. From start to finish he was there to answer all my questions. Anything I didn’t understand, he took the time to explain everything and never once did I feel rushed. We closed on our home on time, our interest rate was lower then expected and closing costs were accurate. There were no surprises when it came to numbers come closing time! Nate along with my realtor worked until 10pm one night to make sure my offer on my house got in and I had all the numbers to go along with it. Not only are Nate and his team personable but prompt and easy to reach. If you’re thinking about buying a home, Nate is your guy!

  Nate exceeded all expectations. As a type A personality, I appreciate people who are punctual and organized. I am 100% certain Nate is one of the most punctual and organized loan officers you will ever encounter. He answered all of my communications within the hour and was never out of contact for more than a few hours total. He would talk at all times of day and never made any question out to be a "dumb" question. If you're in need of a mortgage, Nate is your person. Period.
