  I opened an account with TDECU many years ago and have never regretted my decision. Customer service has always been excellent. Every time I go in my experience is like visiting friends. ***** I would like to see TDECU offer a means of transferring money to other banks that is less cumbersome. Most banks offer Zelle, but I've read that credit unions are reticent to do so. With the proliferation of credit unions it would be great if some method was offered.

  I LOVE THIS BRANCH! They’re so nice and welcoming. Very professional. Can assist me with anything I need. Our student debit cards have UH on them and are awesome. No hidden fees. Overall, I am very pleased to bank with them.

  Kept locking my account to where I ended up with huge credit hits in my car payment. Took my stimulus check and won’t allow me to access my account even after paying 1400$ to unlock my account. Locked my account once again to my access but will allow transactions that don’t have the funds and then charge me a insufficient funds charge but not even pay. This bank is pure criminal.

  I’ve regrettably referred numerous people to this bank. If you have an unauthorized charge to your card, good luck getting help from them. They claim the process takes up to 60 days and there’s no guarantee funds will be recovered which sound like BS. This is one of 4 accounts I have. Using several banks over the years, this is the only bank I’ve found that doesn’t protect its customers. I’ve advised all I know to close their accounts and will write a review regarding the matter on any site I can find to get the word out!!!

  TDECU IS THE WORST BANK IN THE WORLD. JUST TO GET BASIC INFORMATION THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU EVEN THOUGH THEY MAKE MONEY OFF YOUR INTEREST. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS BANK!

  Went in to get an item notarized and teller named Jessica, had condescending attitude made rude remark didn’t look when I was signing and overall seemed annoyed. Wouldn’t recommend others to bank here if they can’t even provide good customer service for simple transactions.

  I love coming to this branch! Everyone is always helpful and friendly and I always enjoy the treats they give members.
