Cee Ms. G5This is the most upscale TDECU bank I’ve been in so far. Service was excellent. Was greeted when I came in. After the receptionist checked me in she offered me a choice of snacks (cookies, chips, snack bar) and water or coffee. She then showed me to my seating area where a tv display played a basic cable channel. I made an appointment the day before I visited the bank and waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen by a rep. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend my family and friends to bank with this bank. Great bank. Good benefits.

Sawanna Mack1Worse freaking location ever!!! I wish I could give - stars. There is always a long wait an 1 or 2 people at the teller. Then you have other employees in the cubicles with no just looking or doing work with no individual in front of them. They don’t acknowledge you, try to get help or anything I strongly believe that’s it and time to change my bank.. Crazy thing it I have been with them for so long. They need to work or customer service and get help if they need it.

Xzavion Kelly5Amber, Nick, & Adam Are The Best. I Am A Manager At A Seafood Restaurant So I Come Weekly To Get Change. They Get Me In & Out Easily With No Problem. Seems Like They Never Have A Bad Day & If Do It Never Shows. Always Have A Smile On There Face, Patient, & Polite Not Only To Me But Everyone They Service. Customer Service Is 5 Stars If It Was 10 Stars I Would Give Them 10! Keep Up The Great Work!

Eric Johnson1I'm currently trying to refinance my house and working with a loan officer named Jack Hamilton. This process has begun over a month and a half ago and still is not complete. There has been lack of communication, poor customer service on behalf of this service rep. Unfortunately, I would have to call multiple times for updates because Jack would not provide me with any updated information. He would simply say he would call me back but would never follow through. He would act as if I was a burden. Finally, I got tired of working with him and requested help from someone else. Thankfully, after a few calls I was assigned another representative. Just within one day this gentleman has accomplished more than what Jack has done in over a month. Hopefully, the process runs smooth now.

Maddox Harrison1I used their drive thru service the other day. There were no other vehicles in line. Took the teller a few minutes to acknowledge me. About 5 minutes later another vehicle drives up. Teller then informs me it will be a few more minutes because they were busy inside. Another 5 minutes goes by. Teller then helps the person who drove up after I did in the next lane over even though I was there before them. I still had to wait another 5 more minute after this. When teller decided to help me he was laughing and could barely get his words out. This was very unprofessional. I understand that if it was busy I had to wait but my complaint is that the other person was helped before I was even though I was clearly there way before they were. All I had was a simple transaction.

Nequel Breaux1If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I arrived at this location on 3/11/19 at 5:15 PM eager to open an account together as a married couple but we were clearly unwanted. When we arrived there was only one customer being helped by a employee. The other employees (there were only two others) didn’t even greet us as we walked in. My husband signed us in and we took a seat. We sat for about 5 minutes before one of the ladies mumbled to my husband someone will be with you all. We sat for another ten minutes while the lady who mumbled to us sat in her office with the door open, the lady who once had a customer sat in her cubicle while we were still sitting out there in the lobby. The only person who was actually assisting customers was the teller being customers started to come in. The other two ladies just stayed in their offices and cubicles and ignored us. A lady then walked in and signed the iPad and stood up the whole time and decided that she was going to go up to the lady’s office who mumbled to my husband and talk to her about what she was there to do, the lady then told her to have a seat in her chair, so here this lady is, walked in after us and gets assisted before us. The employee didn’t even tell her to wait her turn , that we were here before her. My family and I were treated like unwanted trash at this location. I will be sure to let everyone know how this credit union treats their potential customers. I will be reporting this to corporate.

Elizabeth Wilson2It appears they never have enough people working. I have waited over 15 minutes after I submitted my deposit to be told it will be a wait to deposit a check! I have banked with TDECU since 2002, actually longer and it has lost great customer service rating to, just okay.

Don Allen5Just become a member with a minimum deposit! They will reward you with great interest loans etc. they are truly for their members. The more banking you do with them the more they look out for your best interest. This is how they put it to me,”We want you to do all your banking with us and we see that you are! We love that.” Then they gave me a $20,000 personal loan with low interest to pay off other debts! They are the best! ~DA Just updated my post and rating to 5 stars! Undeniably the best. During COVID19 needed a little breathing room with paying loans etc I had with creditors and TDECU did not hesitate to grant some relief with deferred payments on all my loans with them for a good period of time. In addition for my good payment history with them they contacted ME...yes contacted me to see if I could used a huge low interest loan. Heck yes to help pay off some high interest debt and have some money for some much needed essential items. Once I said yes my loan officer handled all the paperwork virtually. All docs sent securely through DocuSign and bam money was in my account overnight! Amazing! There is a God and TDECU! I would never bank with no one else and would recommend TDECU 100%of the time with no hesitation! Thanks TDECU! My family can depend on you. DA

Christina Marks1Every time I come here it’s a line. Inside, drive thru it doesn’t matter. They’re slow. They need to hire more people. I’ve had an account with them for 3 years and I’ve never had quick service. I am currently in line. Been waiting for 22 minutes.
