      There’s always ONE teller when the line is out the door. Unacceptable! The so called manager is always insisting to use the ATM rather than getting behind the counter to help minimize the line. DO BETTER MIGUEL GARCIA!

      First of all to all the bad reviewers. You don’t need to go in to the bank for 99% of things you go in for. Use your mobile banking app or ATM. If you do, use the simple feature in the app to make an appointment. If this is to hard for you.......wait in the 4 person line for 10 minutes. If you don’t like the hours during the week then make an appointment for Saturday. If this doesn’t please you then you are the problem, not the bank. This staff has always treated me great, been friendly, and are always working as fast as possible. Thank you for the great service.

      Please expect to wait 30/40 mins every time you need to see a teller. Worst branch I’ve ever been to only 1 bank teller and she’s very slow . Do not bank with this location. Not fast and convenient . Very slow .

      So I visited this place about 6,7 times now. There is one lady that is very rude and think it is ok to ask all kinds of personal questions even though it is not relevant at all to the issue I visited. She will cut your conversations and charge you with all fees possibly she can charge to you.. All other staffs were super friendly.

      Wish I could give 0 stars. Always a line and only 1 teller, so unless you need a to see an accountant here, go somewhere else. The only teller is Colleen, and she's very slow and VERY rude.

      There’s always one teller when I go inside and they have long lines because of it. Very inconvenient. And, most of the tellers haven’t been trained to offer friendly customer service. The lady that greets the customers is always friendly and knows what good customer service is. This Bank of America needs to work on customer service and accommodation to their customers. No one should have to stand in long lines because of only one teller working.

      Terrible experience. Literally no customers in the bank and i wasn’t even acknowledged when I came in. There were 2 tellers and 3 people each in their offices and NOBODY acknowledged me. When a lady finally came out she asked what i needed. I listed 3 things. She simply said they were booked with appointments and wouldn’t be able to help me and then asked was that ok. She didn’t even address all three things. Smh. Obviously i came to the bank because i have questions that need answers.....i left still having unawares questions and unresolved issues. Terrible customer service!!!! If you like Bank of America do NOT use this location because it’ll make you want to take your money elsewhere smh!

      *Zero star* customer service. What kind of service is this bank providing with such a negative work ethic? It does not open until 9:00 a.m., and closes at 4:00. What an indulgent schedule for employees, not so great for customers! When does someone, such as a teacher, take care of their on-location bank business? Why is a manager never present? Plus, the outdoor remote-clerk ATM has been broken for months. AVOID.

      This is not an app issue. This is an issue with bofa in Missouri City hwy 6 a. Across from sienna plantation. The incident was with two of the bank managers. Me( black male) & a black lady were standing in line. Me & the lady notice 2 white males come in the managers went right up to them while we were waiting in line and offered them help. Which they refused. The lady and I were baffled we both looked at the manager to see if she would help us she did not. Neither did the other manager. The lady & I both found this to be disappointing and disgusting behavior.

      This branch needs attention. Dirty tables fingerprints everywhere 🤢. With what's going on think they would be a little more sanitary. Alma's always had a bad attitude when I go in super salty. Only go here if I have too
