  This is the BEST bank I've ever had. People putting 1 or 2 stars because they was having a bad day, but Everyone in here is the absolute best! They become your family for real. This is truly a great bank and I am a customer for almost 2 years and have had absolutely no problems

  very frustrating that you cannot get a direct line to the local branch (Fort Worth) all calls are routed to a call center. I think it would benefitial if the call center had the option to transfer you to the branch if necessary but they informed me that that is not allowed.

  Jake was actually the person that lead me to TDECU with his excellent customer service! Unfortunately, he's no longer with the company. The people that are currently there are all women and are not friendly at all. But not as bad as the customer service reps when calling the 1800 number their customer service is horrible when calling the 800 number.

  Very impressed with the Ft Worth Branch of TDECU. Wanted to join a CU with a good Promotional CD rate. Chose TDECU. Drove to Garland Branch from Flower Mound, and did not join due to unfriendly and unhelpful employees. Later, drove to Ft. Worth Branch and was helped by very friendly/competent lady, Prudence. This Branch is far superior to the Garland Branch. We obtained a high interest CD and highly recommend them. Phil

  My browser routed me to TDECU which wasnt the credit union I originally search so I mistakenly applied for TDECU. When I called to try to cancel my application I was transferred to a department that never picked up. Had to call back again and the person I had initially spoke with suddenly had the ability to look into my situation. Brushed me off and said someone would be in contact. 3 days passed and I still had to reach out to them. I withdrew my application, they tried to tell me my credit has already been pulled like that would change my mind. Biggest mistake applying with TDECU.

  I have been with this bank for over a year and every time I walk into the bank the people helping are so ignorant. I like to be in and out of banks but with this one, it's always something with them. I wouldn't recommend. My last straw with this bank was when they cancel my debit card and didn't let me know I order some lunch and couldn't purchase it because my debit card kept getting declined.

  Just wanted to say that Prudence Zenda was really helpful in refinancing my car and helping me get my first credit card during these hard times. Customer service was great! :)
