  Melissa was very professional and was very friendly. Through the entire process she kept a conversation going with me so it did not feel long at all. You can tell when a person is sincere with customer service she is definitely a keeper!!! GIVE HER A RAISE!!

  I would not recommend this insurance honestly due to the fact that when you call them you can never get a straight answer on something and they're constantly not accurate with accurate with any information that they give you When they say Give me the courtesy calls to remind you about your payment 1/2 the time they don't even do that I didn't even get informed that my interest was canceled due to never gain any mail or phone calls or anything at all Every time when I had to report a claim I would never have any response I would never have any cooperation from anybody at all to be able to Get my vehicle fixed

  Melissa at this particular Amax location was fast and courteous. She was polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend seeing her for your insurance needs.

  Went to pay my payment on 5-7-22 and was sent away by a very rude lady because I was 10 min early,even though the open sign was on,I won't be going back there.Take my money somewhere else..
