  I came to get information on some accounts with my aunt. We were assisted by Alex Neris, who really was fantastic. He helped us with many different things and got everything done for us. He was efficient, cordial and knowledgeable. I would recommend this branch to anyone, especially to work with Alex, who is management material.

  Long wait lines. Not enough tellers. Not overly friends

  The service at this bank is poor. Every time I come here I wait and wait. Today, a Saturday, they had two people on staff. The Citibank in Glen Head has 6 or 7.

  The tellers and bankers are really nice!! The whole staff is helpful..Susan and Haroon are the best! Very nice inside as well. I recommend this bank for everyone

  They were rude and unhelpful when i had questions regarding my bank account. They spoke in a very condescending manor. Much better at Carle Place branch.
