  Who goes out of their way to write a glowing review for a bank? Well, I guess that's me now. I cannot say enough good things about Ahmad and the team at this TD branch. He worked closely with me as I opened my business checking account and line of credit. We probably saw each other more than we would have liked, but that's what it took to get everything squared away. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and understood my issues as a new business owner. I highly recommend Ahmad and his team at the Vienna TD.

  I deposited a check the assistant manager told me that maybe a fee but don’t worry I will refund it if check going to hold. I saw a charge I told the manager but he didn’t because assistant manager not working there anymore. The manager Ahmad Zazai is a terrible manager. If you Can’t handle a basic thing you can not be a manager.

  Just fine. No issues as far as I am concerned. The weekend hours have always benefitted me.

  I went today to this district and had an extraordinary experience. First, they set up a new system where you have to enter ur information before representatives call you in. I hardly stayed 5 mins and the representative calls me in. Daniel assisted me with my new card and he activates it, barely took any time. He responded to my issues and delivered detailed information. The security guard was nice. The only issue was parking, there are only a few spaces.

  Your company recommends this address when looking for ATM foreign fees in Vienna, Austria. And any other answer just basically chimes that you as the customer should figure it out....this bank sucks and I dream was still Commerce Bank. There is NOTHING convenient about your bank.

  A woman in front desk couldn’t understand the things that were asked from her so she decided to blame it on a language barrier from my spouse because he spoke Spanish. She said she couldn’t not understand but I speak perfect English and didn’t speak to her in Spanish. Caught an attitude for no reason.
