America’s least convenient bank. Unbearable customer service at this location. Staff is unable to perform their job at even the lowest level.

Look for another bank if you are thinking of opening a new account!! They hold funds for the max time allowed despite ALREADY HAVING THE FUNDS from the bank the check is drawn on! When you open the account they will tell you the max hold time, but say it rarely happens.....wrong. They do hold it for the maximum time allowed while they make interest from it! Poor customer service and shady practice but quite profitable when multiplied by the number of customers they do this to.

Ive been sitting in this line for 35 minutes now. Crazy slowly moving though. They have a security guard directing traffic. I am not sure why its so slow but dang people have things to do.

The customer service is horrible the manager there justin walker was rude inconsiderate and unprofessional horrible experience
