  After waiting a half hour for my 10 am appointment for a signature guarantee - watching 2/3 of the tellers work with their masks pulled down under their noses the whole time - the manager tried to tell me that I needed a notary, not a signature guarantee, on US Treasury form 1522 for redeeming savings bonds in an estate, and that she had filled out "lots of these forms." The form instructions state "Authorized certifying officers are available at financial institutions, including credit unions, in the United States. Certification by a notary isn’t acceptable." When I read the instructions aloud, she said "that's enough." She also told me that there wasn't space on the form for her medallion; I had to point it out to her on the page. She did provide the signature guarantee, but it was a weird and unpleasant encounter. I'm glad 99% of my transactions with TD Bank are online.

  I had bad experience at this branch. I was trying to deposit a rebate check to my account and the manager said no. I have done this several times at other branches before and had no issues. I finally had to go to another TD bank branch to deposit. And all checks were legit and valid. I was pissed off by the lady manager at this branch.

  I got really bad experience with this branch today. I tried to discuss with Assistant Store Manager about why parent's debit card been close. She gave me no explanation and don't want follow up the issue with other department to find out reason. After I insisted several times, she told me to leave otherwise will call police. That is really rude I think. I just feel unsafe to go to this branch again.

  Ten dollar charge to cash a check drawn frim this bank!how to take advantage during thus pandemic. Just horrible

  Great staff! Don’t quite understand why the rating is so low here, but I’ve always received great service.
