  Camilla at the Lexington branch made my boyfriend and I experience wonderful. She was very helpful and professional about her work. I would highly suggest to work with her if you need help with loans, accounts, etc. :)

  Horrible! I was going to do it a wire transfers, and Tim on the front Desk was trying to convince me to do it online myself because he wasn’t able to do it. All it took for me to do was say I was going to cancel my account and his manager got it done in 10 minutes. This 1 star goes to Tim.

  Consistently excellent service with very friendly tellers! Interior of this particular DCU is clean and bright.

  The tellers were polite and assigned someone to help my father but the women was impatient and rude in regards to using DCU app “why do you people bank with us if you don’t understand how to use the app” and theirs similar reviews to ours. Sorry DCU team but that was not okay.

  DCU has a great product and exceptional service. I opened up a checking and saving account DCU has saved me a lot of money in financing my car and no payment for 60 days. What a great place to do business. I highly recommend DCU for all your banking needs.

  This is the worst credit union branch ever. I mean the tellers are pretty nice but the managment is so bad. I went there to do a couple of transactions with the branch manager and honestly she was so rude and very unprofessional. Very dissaponted! I stopped going there just because of her and am going in Waltham now. Liking it so far

  Why have us schedule appointments if you won't honor the appointments times! So frustrating. I plan on closing my accounts. This is just another issue in a long list of issues I have had with DCU.
