Walked in to deposit my checks and as soon as I went to the atm, a bank Associate walked to the door where the atms were and watched me and when I walked out he went back to sit down. I feel like I was Racially profiled because I’m black and it made me feel real uncomfortable and unwanted

Absolute worst TD bank I've been to. Their slow, crowded and noisy. I was a bit appalled hearing soca playing throughout the bank but nonetheless that was the only good thing about banking here.

The assistant manager was rude to my family and I. He cannot handle to work under pressure and cannot multitask. Do not waste your time going to this bank .

This is the most inconvenient bank. Never go to the TD bank on Liberty Avenue. The wait is sooo long and they are so unprofessional. The employees would go out and get something to eat before they help a customer. Worst place to bank smfh...

EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND PARKING, I always run the risk of double parking to go into this bank. I usually only use the ATM but from what I see they're always busy inside and packed. Even ATMs also, sometimes don't accept cash or checks, vice-versa

Their incredibly slow at their work, it'll take hrs for customer service to attend to you. Their is almost always a line of customers waiting to see a teller or representative.

Good service. People expect to be served in a second but it's a busy bank so the wait isn't too bad. Tellers could be more Customer friendly though.

Edit: Can i have bigger currency notes than 20$ at least at branch ATMs. So frustrating to keep a pocket full of thick wad risking slipping a few when if it's for office use. Good service as expected from TD bank, additionally a multi lingual & very nice staff is a great help at this branch.
