Rey Vi1BEWARE OF THIS BANK ! Money was withdrawn from my account and I have never even used this bank. I don't live nowhere near this area and I always have my card with me. How is that possible. Scammers used a fake card is the only thing that would make sense and these ATM's are obviously not safe.

Ana Elkettari1I had accounts with them, one day I go to the bank and my money is gone i asked what happened. They had to investigate. They had me waiting for days until they said it was a bank mistake. Also their credit cards interest are super high. I wouldn't recommend this bank to no one!

Michelle Rogers1Avoids this bank at all cost. There are a lot of options so I suggest you bank elsewhere. Service = The service is horrible. It is an ordeal to get anything done in this bank. A simple transaction can take forever. Staff = The staff is a mess and lack basic customer service skils. Most of the time they can't handle basic banking things like replacing an ATM card. Tellers = The tellers seem to lack common sense and ask a million thing even though they seen you before or you give them ID.

Visited this capital one bank and the security guards are wearing their masks below their nose and not enforcing the rule to wear a mask when people enter to use the ATM which is in a small space that the line is sharing. The distancing on the line is barley 3ft, only some employees have on masks and others aren’t wearing them properly. Shame on you capital one! Very evident they do not care about people, employees or customers.

Asha Devi1One of the worse location for capital one bank . I think they need to train employees when customers are in the line stop talking and walking around and help the customers. They also have a business line no one is working on it. And I stood there for about 15 minutes while the supervisor was walking around laughing and her name is sandra. I ask to speak the managers he/she was not around . Its horrible remove the business lin . And everytime I come to the bank this is same issues . Disgusting no customer service. I am changing my bank and I have a business and personal acct .

Chetram Chinapana1My mom - 83 year old - account was closed because she took out a little more than she had in. The account was closed but the bank never sent a letter or otherwise contacted her regarding the closure. The following month all her direct deposits sent to her account was in disarray and she had to open a new account. NO apology of any sort. Just a make sure it doesn't happen again. That's taking care of our senior citizens. Thank You Capital One! True Vikings...

Michelle Gajraj1I've came to this location with my daughter to get a cheque cleared, we waited over 2 hours to see a bank representative. The customer service is completely ridiculous. Slow service.
