      Very poor service from service staff everyone talks different for documentation today is 4th day they give advice every time different papers you need this paper those paper what ? Why not clearly mentioned in one time ?and also waiting every day 1:50 hours they just past time.you got pay but some one who is waiting they also waste their pay because of your poor service.

      The “ manager “ Tahanni is extremely unprofessional and rude. I had an appointment and they did not write me in. When I came in for my appointment, The manager was aggressive and very very rude. I showed her proof of the call received by the person that scheduled me. She was rude and kept talking over me and calling me SWEETY. I’ve been with Santander since it was Independence Bank and this is the first time I’ve received such unprofessional and disgusting service. Replace her!!!!!!!The reviews on their website are literally all negative. No surprise!!!!

      Worst service ever to access your own account or locker. I have been waiting for more than an hour because they are short of staff . The staff that are there are opening accounts for me members which will take more than an hour. Asked for the manager and she will take time to come out. Please go somewhere else. They give high priority for you to open an account but after that the service is the worst. Don t make a mistake of getting service here. Go somewhere else. TD Bank is better.

      I gave review earlier this year speaking how good this bank was unfortunately after going this bank so many times and see how they operate they were horrible. The wait time is horrible you have to wait almost 1-2 hours to see someone. Furthermore, they gave me a number to call customer service because they don’t know there job and that customer representative was unprofessional as well as rude and hung up in my face. They need to be retrained or do a rehire in this location cuz clearly they need help.

      My mother has been trying to reach Santander customer service for the last 2-3 wks! She calls the hotline, after an hr wait it transfers her to a "rep" then the line disconnects! I get these are unprecedented times but it is unacceptable you can't reach anyone or emails not being answered. Unacceptable!

      Poor service! Staff is very rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to talk to the costumers. I want to deposit a checks to my Husband account they don’t allow me to the deposit. Reason because I’m not the account holder. Last few years I’m deposit the money his account.
