      THIS BANK IS DISCRIMINATING. I was told by the staff that my boyfriend couldn’t open a checking account unless he lives or works near the area and that was not true at all.I opened an account at the same location and they never asked me that question. I live over an hour away. I came running back there to ask the same question and see if they would say the same thing and they told me he needed to show PROOF that he was working in the area. There is no td bank near his area and that was the closest one. So I called td bank customer service and since the lady never had a situation like that, she handed the phone to the SUPERVISOR of td bank and he said he has never heard of a situation like that and that they were wrong. You can even google it online and td bank says you can open a checking account at ANY branch. They 100% discriminated him. Also had a problem where the atm already ate my money… be careful

      Very poor customer service. I was doing some business in the bank and my three years old wanted to used the restroom and they refused to let him use the bathroom and I had to run outside to find a place that has a restroom for my son. What kind of a place that refuses b a toddler to use the restroom!!???

      Negative star rate:This is the worst branch ever recently went there with my brother and asked if they can deposit his check into my account and the teller said she couldn't do it that he needed to open a account. Clearly she didn't no what she was saying or doing. I have done this numerous times before and the process takes minutes he has to just sign the check over to me and they surpose to deposit it

      I used to come to his bank twice a month before the virus pandemic it was always a quick transaction never had a problem. Now since the pandemic I noticed it’s very crowded they have handled it very poorly cars are waiting in long lines people are waiting outside on long lines they don’t allow you in they don’t seem to have a solution on how to handle The situation it’s been four months now And the problem is still going on other banks have handled it very well TD doesn’t seem to have a solution here At this location on fresh Pond Road

      Tried going to make a deposit. Appointment only so I tried going through the drive thru. I pressed the call teller button and when I told them I was making a deposit into a checking account and that I didn’t have a deposit slip, they said they would be coming outside. I waited and eventually a woman came outside. I don’t know if she was the teller because she just faced away from me and started to play a video on her phone without saying anything. After about 15 mins I decided to just leave because I didn’t know what was going on. I saw her motioning the next car to come up so I guess she worked there? Go to the myrtle location about a mile away instead. Much better customer service

      Customer service is the worst. The only branch where you have to conduct cash transaction through a walk up drive thru window..: putting customers at risk. I wish I could give them no star.

      Doooo nooooot and never go to this branch it’s the worst I’ve been there and they didn’t provide me with any service they wasted my afternoon staff very rude especially This person Abida Chowdhury she asked me to go other bank if I don’t like the service !!!!
