      although a branch of a large bank, employees including the branch manager are personable. even though they are trying to mitigate COVID-19 exposure by asking for people to make appointments, making them via phone prompts is difficult. other branches allow walk-ins, this branch would do well to allow customers to knock on inner door before entry

      Best bank I have ever had! And I’m 61 years young lol. Truly most courteous staff at Bristol, NH, have ever dealt with. The small town bank, where staff actually remember your name, helped me and quickly corrected fraud on my account! Bravo to all the staff there, with my thanks.

      They should change the website hours. They shortened the drive through hours a month ago. Yet the website still claims the drive through is open 8:30-5:00. Not too happy about being in the parking lot waiting right now at 8:47
