  The staff at Northeast Credit Union in Plymouth NH are not only extremely nice, but are so very helpful. I recently went in and needed help with multiple different banking needs, and they were so knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to sit down with me and answer all the questions I had and give helpful advice on next steps I needed to take. They were very accessible through email as well, when following up about certain banking needs. I am so happy to be banking with them and cannot say enough good things!

  Dealing with Melissa from the Plymouth Branch has been nothing short of amazing. She’s responsive, very knowledgeable and helpful. We love banking with this branch and she certainly makes it a pleasure banking locally. Big banks are overrated. Do yourself a favor and bank with necu.

  I called the Northeast credit union in Plymouth yesterday 9/22/2021 and requested the last two years of my account statements to be emailed to me. I talk with Sarah she was very helpful and said that she would get the research team working on them so she could send them to me. She wasn’t sure exactly how long it would take. This morning 9/23/2021 I received an email from Sarah with those documents. Very good service and very professional!

  NECU is the most professional bank I have ever dealt with. No matter what need I’ve had they are always there to help. I’ve been with them over 10 years and this is why. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my financial well-being. And Melissa is an absolute joy!

  Love, love, LOVE NECU! Have been with them for years now. Truck loan, personal loan, checking, savings, etc. They are always so helpful, kind and willing to help at the drop of a hat!!

  NECU Has made banking more convenient than I ever imagined it could be. Mobile everything! Teresa of the Plymouth branch has been extremely helpful with setting up my accounts and is always very quick to respond to questions via e-mail. Very professional staff!

  I recently had a need to close out my Home Equity Line of Credit so I called up the Plymouth branch. I needed the discharge documents to move forward with another transaction. Desiree answered the phone, listened and in no time there was a confirmation that it had been forwarded on to complete the mortgage discharge processing. I then received shortly thereafter an email with the discharge docs from Cassandra. I had what I needed in a matter of hours not days and was treated with a very friendly professional customer service experience. This is the experience I have come to expect of the great Plymouth NH staff of Desiree, Melissa, Terry and Sarah and it is the reason I have been using the Plymouth branch of the NorthEast Credit Union ever since they opened for my banking and lending needs.
