      Roy are very friendly and very helpful when I had a questions with my newly open account. He's very patient and take time explain to me the problem I encounter and take extra steps to get it resolved. It save me tons of time. Thank you.

      This was the 5th bank I had tried to set up a certified income trust. Not only was this the ONLY bank knowledgeable about this (granted, the trust person at Citibank was off today), but they were so friendly and helpful. They notarized everything, taught me how to use the app, and answered all of my questions. Roy and Noah are the best! I’m moving all of my accounts here.

      The staff are super friendly and competent. Noah, Kelly, Roy, Fatima are part of management and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Two thumbs up!!!!

      Like others have written, they turn off your card or lock your account quite often. Went to this branch for a new card and they were useless with claiming to have a broken card machine. Although their management appears to be intelligent, they can't do much other than sit down and call the 800 number. Their app and technology is severely dated and lacking most services provided by other big banks.

      Wow, best service ever by a bank. I had to drive here from out of state to get some financial details sorted at end of day Friday during COVID. Noah Pak was amazing. He went above and beyond to get my needs sorted. He was persistent with the credit card authorization help line to help me get all my details sorted to help me get my credit card. I really appreciate this and the team that had to coordinate their schedules to accommodate me (like Roy as well). Thank you!

      Need to improve on communication with customers. Confused Service. First opened account with other TD bank location, extremely satisfied. So helpful, connected to customers, offered good advises and recommendations, efficient arrangement when customers walked in and out, felt so welcome there. This location gave a different impression.

      I am a regular customer and all the staff are friendly and courteous especially Kelly. I was out of town and need help, called the branch and Kelly helped me very promptly and as a result I was able to make the transactions without any headaches or frustration. Thank you Kelly.

      I wanted to open up an unsecured credit card at this location. Their banker Fatima Abbas was extremely rude and unhelpful. She also violated the UDAAP (Unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices) by failing to disclose the terms and conditions of the card verbally. When I asked her to do so, she said, "it's all in the disclosure mail". Although it is, a banker is obligated to go over the terms and conditions when requested otherwise it is considered deceptive practices. How was it deceptive? Let the law tell you -Intent is not required to be considered deceptive. -Deception may occur if you are misleading to a consumer through words, silence or action. -Also, she failed to disclose of any fees or APR of the card. - She also told me it usually takes about 6 months of review to get promoted to an unsecured credit card as opposed to Roy who said it will take 10 months. So, my question is, how long are my funds frozen then? I Did ask her and bring it up to her that I contacted Roy a week back, but she said she's "sure" and didn't bother to check with anyone. Lastly, when I asked her if I had the option to check my credit score in the app, she said she doesn't know and said I can look it up on their app. What? That's not good customer service. You're supposed to ask someone at least or say I'll find u the information you need, instead of referring me to here and there.

      I had to use this bank for work purposes and went nearly every day for the past 8 months. The store was not always fully staffed and the people working there had to do double duty most days, but they were always very friendly and courteous. Recently they added more staff and a manager as well. I will miss seeing them each day!
