TD Bank Reviews

Ross Szeliga5Opened up an account today after months of dissatisfaction with my current banking institution and it was by far the best banking experience I have had. Everyone at the branch was welcoming and friendly and Devin was top notch in assisting me in the process. I know banks are vilified these days, some rightly so, but I am very happy I’ve decided to switch to TD Bank. A bank that has already given the impression that they are there for their clients, not for profit.

Jacqueline Lagrave5This is the best traditional bank ever!!!! I had a Td bank account at one point and then I closed it( forgetting about my tax return) well I ended up opening another account a few weeks later. Let’s just say my tax return showed up in the new account. Any other bank would have said sorry account closed and sent it back. Not Td! They doubled checked and got it into the right account! I love you guys!!!!

chanel sosa2Their app is horrible and no one can seem to fix it, as I no longer receive texts when my card is used. I tried calling the number associated with their alert app only to get bounced around from transfer to transfer till I ended up at the same number I initially called, clearly not ONE SINGLE person in the "tech" department is a competent problem solver. Then I call to verify their new covid hours, the woman at the branch tells me when they close, I get there 30 minutes prior, and you guessed it, they were closed already. I'm definitely going to be switching banks because if you cannot even fix your own app or give me the correct hours I cannot trust them with my financial affairs!!! The only thing they were actually good at was getting my money back when my card number was breached and unauthorized charges were made, but that rarely happens to me, and the fact that the alert app doesn't function properly makes it even harder to track purchases on my card.

Leah Moreland1Recently called this location to resolve my debit card issue, the teller asked me to hold and forwarded me to someone behind their 1800 number. I would have done that myself but I called this location specifically as I was directed to by their fraud department. Long story short, my debit card was restricted for three weeks because I could not get ahold of the store manager and none of the tellers were able to help me. I left 3 different messages with tellers, leaving my contact info and even had 2 emails sent on my behalf. Unbelievable. It’s been a total of 7 weeks at this point and not a single message / call from the manager or anyone from this location. I will be switching banks asap.

Bruce1They charged me about $150 in overdraft fees. When opening the account the manager specifically told me "you have the option to not allow overdraft" which I did she also said "if you deposit a check it will clear the same day" this was all lies I got charged about $150 in fees. The least trustworthy bank ever. I feel as though they robbed me of my money by lying to me. I will never bank with them ever again and I strongly advise anyone banking with them.

sharyo55Ever since I've opened an account with TD Bank, they've been nothing but super resourceful! The employees see customers as the people they are, not just as people with money, by being very understanding and supportive to any situation I needed help with. The customer service there is always of high quality and again, they really know how to make you feel as if you and your needs are top priority and important. Very convenient bank, indeed.

Jaimie Puckett5I can't imagine that there is a more thorough or friendly staff at another bank in the city. The staff are always eager to help, offer advice, and are always incredibly welcoming. I have been using TD bank for 6 years and will continue to be a customer because of the amazing customer service this company offers.

Zenny Onifade1TD Bank is the worst bank I have ever had. The bank tellers are very kind, but the bank as a whole is trash. They charge you crazy amounts in fees, most banks will charge a 35$ a day overdraft, they charge you 35$ a transaction. There online banking is garbage and barely works which is the cause of half the fees you receive. Don't be suprised if you check your banking and they've taken 200+ dollars from you of just fees within the span of 2 days! Terrible Terrible Terrible bank please do not get an account here you will only hate yourself in the end. They are simply thieves and there on the phone customer service staff is RUDE as can be, they talk to you like you're a complete idiot. I honestly hated this experience and I will never bank with them again. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
