      So interesting... Camden also sold my Mortgage to this out of state group many years ago, and owning homes for 40+ years have never experienced a less helpful, rude, feature lacking company. I suppose the 5-start reviews are for those that accept the way it is: Automatic payments ONLY on the first. Don't want your statements snail mailed to you? Tough. Want to change your payment date? LAUGH.... Talk to someone? Maybe... depends on the alignment of the planets, and waiting for a call back is .... wow that paint is drying nicely. When you do talk to someone, do you feel the love? I mean, they must all really hate their jobs. Honestly, I think the company is more a collection agency looking forward to foreclosures so they can let their personalities out in full force. I've had enough. Refinancing to a reputable lender that actually cares about its customers, and after checking them out, they always service their loans. No need to worry about mine being sold again and again. One plus note.... New website (Mortgagee Portal) is MUCH nicer than the old one..... but you still wont find loan docs, or the breakdown of your escrow payment and fees paid each month. Maybe it is different for others? But my document center only contains statements.

      Id give them no stars if possible. Every month I attempt to log in at least a 100 plus times with the same notice saying "credentials not recognized". Then randomly the website lets me in to pay my bill. I called today and wasn't transferred to IT but was told its my issue and not there's. This after speaking with someone last month who said "I don't know why this is happening to you, this only happens when accounts go default, which you've never missed a payment". I was supposed to get a phone call and never received one. Im about to figure out how to jump ship because this company refuses to help or take responsibility.

      Camden Bank sold my mortgage to Mortgage Servicing Solutions about 6 years ago. Before 1st payment was due with MSS,spoke to customer rep.explained what and how I would like to have my mortgage handled also electronic withdrawal each month because was disabled.They have always handled my mortgage,payments of prop.taxes,insurance per our original agreement without any problem.I have never missed or had a late payment in 27yrs. no matter who held my mortgage.Perhaps its how you handle your mortgage not who holds it that makes the difference.Also when my principal v.s. interest changed so did my payment.They've handled my mortgage as any responsible lender would.Excellent service!

      Worst company I have ever dealt with. Dishonest and rude! I refinanced my mortgage and they claimed that my final payment was late and destroyed my credit score. The payment is late after the 15th. They received the payment on the 11th. Also, claimed it was over 30 days late. If my payment was late, which it wasn't, I didn't receive a notice in the mail, by email, or a phone call. I asked them to stop a payment ( to not be charged twice), after trying unsuccessfully on their web portal, and I got guff for that too. I over pay, always, so when they refunded my money, it was only the amount due, not the total I overpay. The rest was put into the escrow account, probably to draw interest. They then promised to send it overnight UPS, then they "missed," the mail window and sent it regular USPS. All this to save a few bucks on their end. I also always got late notices from them saying they'd choose a home insurance provider if the paperwork was never filed...and it was. Additionally, I would get mortgage statements days before they were due. All the people complaining about these guys are real. I have never witnessed such backhanded and unprofessional behavior in a company before.

      After trying to figure out where my insurance payments were and why I don't have coverage through my escrow they patched over to a person with an accent (which is fine) I ask for them to slow down a Anunciate their words because I am having a hard time understanding them. They flew off the handle about they are sorry that they are from a different country and they are proud of their heritage..... and that I offended them...

      We’ve been using this mortgage servicer for a few years and since we are refinancing now, I hope our next mortgage servicer is as KIND, PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, and HELPFUL as RI Housing/ Mortgage Serving Solutions has been. I actually looked forward to answering their calls when I was 15-29 days late, and ANY time I needed help or support, I was met by someone helpful with a great attitude. Thanks, everybody. KEEP IT UP!

      Mortgage is due on the first. Have never received a bill (invoice) before the fifth. I am of course welcome to pay over the phone, but they won't apply extra payment to the principle. Each time I call, I am put on hold for 20 minutes to an hour, then the person on the other end informs me in their usual "we don't give a sh*t" manner, that they are simply late sending the bills out, and annoyed with me for asking for a bill so I can pay my mortgage. The good news is I should be done with these cretins by the end of the year and have my mortgage paid off. BTW, as I write this, it's the 29th. My mortgage is due in three days and no bill....as usual.

      Please sell my mortgage! 12/31/18 update. Just got my bill today. Not acceptable, you need to get these bills in the mail with time to mail a payment in. With no mail pick up on new years day you force me to make a payment online. This is not the first time I get my bill so late I can't possibly make a payment. PLEASE, please please please sell my mortgage. 3/2/2019 update. Just got my bill today, due yesterday. Please, please, sell my mortgage.

      Rude! We pay our mortgage every month and on time. Still, we receive the rudest letters. And when toy call, their prompt service doesn't work.

      I wish I could give negative stars. My Maine USDA loan was originated with CMG (great company!), and my first payment was due 8/1. I always pay early, and biweekly, because legally the payment is late on 8/2, even though most companies give a grace period. Mortgage Servicing Solutions sent a letter postmarked 8/2, that they were taking over my loan starting 8/1. I received a letter from CMG that Mortgage Servicing Solutions (Rhode Island Housing) would be taking over 9/1. I have been receiving multiple collections calls per day from Mortgage Servicing Solutions. I have spoken with the same woman (Janet) every time, and she is always rude and accusatory. We have the same conversation each time, almost verbatim: yes, I made my payments to CMG, 2 weeks before they are due, and that she will contact them to get the funds. The last time today (8/22), I asked her to read the notes on my account back to me, as well as to listen to the recordings from our previous conversations. No apology, just a condescending, "You have a wonderful day." I really hope that Maine switches to another servicer, because I can't take 30 years of this!
