      If I could give that branch less then 1star I would. NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE THERE.. You can't get any info about opening accts...Please don't bank there unless you have 2 hours to stand on Line

      Angelina A, the lady in the blue sweater was very helpful to me twice in the past 2 weeks. She got my job done quick and advised me on doing Money Orders rather than Bank cheque so I could save money. Very professional and friendly. The Manager Ana was customer friendly too.

      They should remove this branch from this neighborhood. The staff act like they are doing you a favor to serve you, wait time 45 minutes or more, tellers are incompetent, manager never available. One of the rare times I saw here, she was rude. At this branch, it looks like it is a crime when you don't speak English bad, bad customer service. 0/100 is there grade.

      I came in today to use their ATM , the lady next to me forgot her card inside the machine I didn't realize till after she left that the card was inside the machine. It happened to be 5:00pm the branch just closed, but there were still about four workers inside. I thought about slipping the card through the door but I asked myself" why, if there's people inside the bank I should give the card to someone by hand" anyways, I knocked for about five minutes trying trying to get their attention , when I FINALLY got this blonde ladies attention who’s office is all the way in the back of the bank she said from a far distance " we're closed!!!" (well no sh*t! Is literally what I thought in my head when she said that), two minutes later she happened to be leaving and I'm still trying to tell her that someone forgot their card. And she was giving me attitude, what's wrong with people nowadays? Meanwhile I've been trying to get their attention for about five minutes, how sad? You know, it would have been nice for someone to come to the door , I mean there were still four workers inside the bank. No wonder this bank has such bad reviews... you hire workers like her. I was just trying to give the card to the right hands. I hope you read this tall, blonde woman. I'll make sure to post this review on other websites.

      One of the worst bank is citibank...They open 1 teller and think they are giving the outstanding service to customers . The line is so long that to get to the teller is min 2 hours. Same on you and management..team..so I would request all to go to your local bank ..not this kind of bank who doesn't care for customers

      Just left the bank and bank clerks need to be properly trained to deal with customers that don’t speak English fluently. Right at this moment an elderly clad Asian couple are being helped and when they were called, 3 bankers that were standing by the front desk looked at each other and said “good luck” to each other ( just because the couple didn’t speak fluent English) Please understand that In order to give proper customer service bankers/ tellers need to be taught to be discrete and have a profesional demeanor. We all insertada that dealing with people is very stressful but that is why Citibank needs to train all employees, teach them interpersonal skills, and how to deal with multicultural customers.

      This is the worst Citibank branch . Very unprofessional personal banker who lies over and over. My friend opened and checking account and I was promised to receive a “referring a friend” credit which never happened. Time after time they promised credit will show but never did months and months later. That made me close my account and going to Chase. Never banking with them again.

      Angelica is the best! Very professional, efficient, patient, kind and friendly. Yes, I was waiting around 1 hour on the line but left as a very satisfied customer. Bottom line, it was worth the wait.

      The people at this branch are beyond stupid. Four hours to open a simple trust account. Three visits to the branch later, and now I receive a letter that they are closing the account because a form is missing. This from some Asian woman in another country that hardly spoke English. RUN< RUN FAR AWAY
