We came here to open an account for friend of mine, even tho we had all necessary documents) they were refusing to provide us with a services by making up excuses. Really, dissatisfied with this branch.

Erica Rose2Looking into other banks because I feel the maintenance fees are wrong. The overdraft fees every 10 days. How you can only get those fees and other either hacked/fraudulent/identity theft purchases taken off once a year. Seen in other states for years sue in civil court many times. Find it offensive they're slogan is "Unexpectedly human" because they are not, most of the time. Just tired of it.

I call the number on the business card and leave a message that requests teller Dave Stonehill to call me back with an update. Do you think they check their voicemail? All around simple request and still no response. Regional manager needs to figure out why this branch has such bad reviews and nonexistent customer service.

All of my experiences with TD Bank as of now have been the same - complete lack of communication, mistakes made by employees that I have to spend hours resolving on my own. I hate this bank. I only wish I could go back in time and never have taken out my home loan through this bank! If you haven't already started an account here, DON'T DO IT!!!!

In a stressful world all it takes is a pleasant individual with a smile and a kind voice. Even with a mask on I could see her smile. I really appreciate that kind of service and treatment. Even gave me my first candy cane. Thank you so much!! You have no idea how much I needed that today. I wish business's would follow this example and know a little kindness to customers goes a long way!! Thank you again😊

Tareq Al-Barqawi1Won’t deposit a check from td bank. That’s fine, except that when I called they said a branch manager could call and confirm the funds. I go to a branch manager and she says she needs to talk to someone from Signature bank(one of the biggest banks in America) she says she doesn’t recognize the bank which is absurd. I don’t understand why they can’t just call signature bank. So I get her the number of the person who made the check out and the manager says she’ll call. I ask the person who made the check out and she said she never got a call. So I call the branch managers office and she says she’ll do it. Never does. Isn’t in today. So I call customer service. I tell them the situation and the call drops. So I call again and someone explains that the fraud department held the funds. So they transferred me to their department saying the wait could be over 20 minutes. I waited 2 hours on hold. And in the end, the person I talked to just says the branch manager can do it. Normally I’m not this extra. But it’s a bank. Your job is to handle people’s money. It’s important. I don’t mind if my cable goes out or something. I mind if I can’t get the money to pay my rent. Severely annoyed.

Frances Rey2The slowest drive service of any bank I have ever been too. I just came from a drive through at a different bank. I was in the line 5 minutes. So far, at this TD Bank, I have been in the drive through line 20 minutes and I moved one car length. It seems that TD Bank is trying to live up to being the world’s most inconvenient bank.
