  I will never deal.with td again twice I got a brand new debit card use it for a day then my pin wrong now I gotta wait 3 to 5 days for an explanation on.top of making. Deposit then my pin wrong makes no sense

  Always too few tellers for the amount of people coming in. Only 2 ATM's where one is usually out of service, and they are unable to help since they don't service their ATM's. For claiming to be America's Most Convenient Bank, their banking practices make everything inconvenient.

  I’m sitting here waiting a long time on line so once at the teller, customer service handles debit cards🤔 super slow wait for a service that takes up to five minutes 👎🏻 Name on kiosk and call you much later... sucks big time

  It's a nice bank. Although there's like only two tellers. They do however..cut straight to the point. U might get in slow. But sometimes u can get out faster. once in a while there may be a trainee.

  One hour to serve less than 3 customers only two associates are working and the others are taking a 50 min break.they work extremely slow

  This is location has the worse customer service. The people are unprofessional and on Sunday's there no managers. They need more training for there employees or close this location. The customer service they advertise on TV is not what you get at this location.

  Great service, although during Covid there is a wait it’s done fairly & in order. Customer service representatives very knowledgeable.

  This is worst TB bank branch ever. We are waiting since 2 hours. When I spoke to the he said we have 4 people in front of us, but then after waiting so long then we asked again with different guy and he said that our name is not in the list. Worst customer service and rude people worked In this branch.

  Paula Take care me well but the over all service is very very slow be prepared to waste your whole day bcz they took 1.40 min to clear the 12 people

  When i was in there to deposit money in a account i was called an sir and when my mom corrected him he was like it okay when it wasnt okay one bit. If you are confused on what a sex might do not prefer to one at all it just rude.
