Tiara Hair1Horrible experience there today 2/5/22 with Roberto and the woman who claimed was his manager at the window. We pulled up to drive thru as Roberto was closing however he was still helping someone so we ask could we make a withdraw because we need to pay rent today . He said no nasty as he could be and told us to use the atm. So we drove back around to atm as he still was helping other customer and attempted to use the ATM. My father put his card into the ATM to make a withdrawal and the machine attempted to disperse the money however it did not nor did it return his card. At this point we are both very concerned and we go to the drive-through next to us and tell the teller what just happened. Roberto gives off a nasty attitude along with the lady that came up to the window and said there’s nothing that we can do you just have to come back tomorrow. At this point I am furious because the customer service from the jump has been terrible! So I’ll ask for the corporate managers number because the customer service could’ve been better and this experience did not have to go this way if he would’ve just try to help us from the beginning. He tells me he does not care about me speaking with his manager and sent me out a card For the branch manager . Looking at the reviews this branch definitely needs new employees because all of the reviews for them are horrible and I definitely will be reaching out not to the store but corporate.

Deborah Eisner5I just wanted to share a recent experience that i had with Shirley at TD bank customer service in Marlton. I had a banking issue that needed prompt attention . Shirley tried to resolve it in the bank but the department she called was closed . She was told that she had to email them and would call me when they had emailed her back. I didn’t think I would hear back for a while if at all. To my surprise, Shirley called me back later that afternoon and had fully resolved my problem. This type of follow through is so rare in many companies . I just wanted to sing her praises and thank TD bank For again helping me and going above and beyond to keep me as a happy customer . Thanks, Shirley! You’re the greatest!!

Kimberly Armellino1The woman who handled the issue with my TD Bank card last week, on December 1st, is totally incompetent, as well as is her manager. She clearly didn’t know what she was doing and when asked to issue a new bank card, she 1) didn’t know where the card came from when the machine printed it, 2) she closed the card, as it wasn’t working, and issued a new one - as requested, 3) she then took it upon herself to CLOSE MY OTHER CARD FROM MY OTHER ACCOUNT, I never asked her to do a thing with the second account. Her manager saw she didn’t know what the heck she was doing and SHOULD HAVE OVERSEEN HER FROM START TO FINISH - bad job Mr Manager. So now, it is the holiday season, I have now another CLOSED CARD, and I have to go through all my automatic payments with this second card and add the new one...which will not be arriving for 3-5 business days. Thank you most convenient bank...for ROYALLY SCREWING UP and doing nothing but stressing me out and causing me nothing but grief today. Your employees are incompetent.

William Elton3The people at this TD location, but TD in general charges way too many fees. Go down the street on Maple and go to PNC instead.
