  Grant, Jeff and the entire team at Onofrio ROCK!!!!! These guys know their stuff and stop at nothing to ensure you get the result you want. They explained everything to me and were very thorough which I greatly appreciated as this was my first time buying a home. All options were put on the table, I was kept up to date and informed about anything and everything through the process. They truly care about you and getting you approved for your dream home. I went through 3-4 brokers before these guys were actually able to get me approved on the home my family needed. We lost our home to a fire back in January of 2020 and they were very empathetic and sympathetic to our situation and made the process very smooth and easy. More stress was the last thing we needed and these guys made it stress free.   Going through the arduous process of obtaining a mortgage these days is not for the faint-of-heart. But this group's unique approach smooths the way. As a "team" each of my many communications was shared with everyone in the office and there was always someone to address the need. No call goes unanswered or e-mail sent without a prompt resolution. The bottom-line is, of course, a good rate and and on-time delivery, but help and hand-holding along the way is a plus. My life-plan calls for this transaction being my very last of its kind, but were I to ever buy another home, this would be my first call.
