  I am a business owner.Friday afternoon 4.30 pm i came for change.They close registers ear because they have short staff.Ask me to go another branch. Time to change bank I guess.

  The girl at the counter with long brown hair who was working on Friday (around 1 pm ish) was the sweetest. I didn’t get her name but I was having a rough day and she picked up on it and asked me if I was OK and talked to me which isn’t necessary but always goes a long way and means a lot. She deserves to be higher up! Above and beyond service

  If I could give zero stars I would. TD is a poor excuse of a bank! My account was closed because it was inactive for a year- without ever being notified!!!! I could only imagine the damage that would have done! I would have lost my SDB and my savings... My SDB rental was to come out of my savings every year, but because my account was closed, that didn't happen!!!! Why didn't TD call me to let me know?????? Do not recommend TD, not this location or any other!!!!

  Terrible experience from this branch.so on 12/24 2.pm I called this branch about asking change machine I confirmed twice and she put me on hold and said yes I can come and change my coins.when I went there it was completely opposite.lady on desk was least helpful she kept on shaking her head and said I wasn’t me I don’t know until I said I will complain to manager she started acting professional.she dint have eye contact and wanted me to go.who ever picked up call in 2.00 pm needs some training or find another job.they said she misunderstood even tho I confirmed twice and she put me on hold and got back to me saying it’s fine.if she don’t understand she should ask me back you don’t say yes if you don’t understand question.i drove 23 mins one way because of her and she dint even apologize.they would had change my coins on counter I don’t know what was big deal.this place don’t care about customer.i will have business with some other bank who cares for people and their holidays time.

  Really bad service, when you deposit money they said always you have short money all staff always in rush and doing mistakes everytime (if they want to go home early why they working?)
