  If accessibility, flexibility and friendliness are qualities you're looking for when choosing someone to purchase your car from, then Andrew Garber is your guy. My husband and I presented a number of challenges, as we were from out of state and had very specific wants/needs. Andy met all of these with a smile and, as a result, we drove away extremely satisfied customers. Jenna D. from the finance dept. was extremely helpful and professional as well.

  I recently purchased an Audi A7 from Cherry Hill Audi. Since I've been a Lexus owner (3 different cars) over a 12 year span, I have not had to deal with the typical car buying experience for quite some time. After working with Andrew Garber....I still felt that way. His calm demeanor and professional approach kept me at ease through the entire process. He was not only patient with me, answering every question as if each was the most important, but he was also accommodating in all my requests. I have already referred one friend to Andrew and Cherry Hill Audi and will continue to do so.

  Dorothy was great. Very efficient and able to work through all of the paperwork and discussions over the phone/email since I didn't have much time to come in to the dealership. She has been diligent since the sale making sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

  I had the most positive sales and finance experience with my recent Audi purchase. Andrew Garber is extremely knowledgeable about the brand and made it very stress-free and simple to complete the transaction in a compressed timeframe.   I recently acquired a factory order Audi A4 from this dealership and was very impressed with the whole experience. Joel and Matt Mazie did an incredible job with the entire sales process: getting the car ordered at the price I wanted, providing regular status updates while the car was being built and presenting a very detailed overview of the car and its tech on the day of pickup. In addition, working with Jenna DuBois in F&I was the best finance experience I have had at a car dealership. If you are looking for a new Audi, I can't recommend highly enough going to Cherry Hill Audi and working with Joel, Matt and Jenna.

  I love Cherry Hill Audi!! I got a flat tire from hitting a huge pot-hole the other day. Two different tow companies came out to change my tire and couldn’t. I called Cherry Hill Audi. Tony Leanza came out right away and fixed my tire within two minutes! He was Amazing! I drove right over to Cherry Hill Audi where I was warmly greeted by Jackie Symons, who took care of me immediately. The whole crew (Myles, Abraham, Billy, the cashier, lot attendants, everyone!) was so nice and polite. They provided such a positive experience that my morning didn’t seem quite so bad! Thank you all so much! Cherry Hill Audi: you have a customer for life!

  We had a great experience in finding and leasing a 2018 Audi Q5 from Andrew and the Cherry Hill Audi team. They made it very easy for us to understand the process, collect paper work, negotiate a good deal, and finally to walk us through all the features of the car before taking it off the lot. Loving our new Audi!!!

  The service department is simply awful. I’ve had several interactions with them and all but one or two have been bad or worse. If a good service department is important, go somewhere else. Today’s dumpster fire was waiting twenty minutes while the service person has an extended conversation with a customer on the phone. When that finally ended, I was immediately redirected into a contiguous room where two employees were idle. Apparently, I didn’t need to wait in main room after all. Well my paperwork wasn’t there so the person in this room had to go search for it. A few minutes later and I was checked out and told my car would be brought up shortly. After about fifteen minutes, I was told that they were waiting for the detailer to finish. Mind you, several hours earlier I received a text saying that the car was ready to be picked up so the detailing should have long since been finished. After about five more minutes of waiting, I asked the they please discontinue the detailing immediately and just bring me my car. After about five more minutes, they brought out my partially detailed car. This experience was only slightly worse than usual. On several other occasions I was told that the service would only take an hour or two, so I opted to wait; it actually took three to four hours. On the plus side, the sales process was pretty smooth, the car runs great, and I’ve no reason to suspect the competency of the mechanics are an issue at all.

  My wife and I have just bought a certified pre-owned Audi from Cherry Hill Audi - our sales associate was Andrew Garber, he was a complete professional - we have bought several cars in the past (not from an Audi dealership) and had to endure the torture of high pressure sales people badgering us at every turn......Andrew was the absolute opposite to this approach, not once did I ever feel pressured or rushed, he was calm, polite, professional, attentive and extremely informative - he gave us all the information we needed, took us out to test drive 2 seperate vehicles and gave us space and time to make our own decision. It was definitely the most painless car buying experience we have had - Andrew and the entire staff at Cherry Hill Audi are very friendly and have a refreshingly no pressure approach which I'm certain can only bring them more success - thank you all !

  Extremely disappointed. Was recommended here by a friend to get a “good deal” ended up an outrageous amount on a used Q3 with high miles. Decided we didn’t want the car because of the paint chips in the hood. Was promised that they would fix the paint chip, they just had to order a paint marker ?? Yeah it’s been 8 months and still nothing. Beware stay away. They tell you whatever they can to get you to buy.. should of got a Honda. Crooks
