Jasmine Jerica Johnson1This dealership is terrible. My issue began three weeks after by my car. A low brake fluid warning came up and I of course called for service per the advice of my salesman. When calling the dealership for service I was first told that the car should not be driven and that roadside assistance Could help me by determining whether or not I simply needed more fluid. After calling I discovered that the service person at the dealership at giving me false information and roadside assistance did not offer offer the service. I then called the dealership back and was repeatedly routed to the voicemail of the service center I left in total three voicemails that were never returned I eventually had to call my sales person again and have him personally go speak to someone. Finally I was able to get it established that my car would be towed and I would be picked up the next day and taken to enterprise to get a rental. I was told to call back roadside assistance So that they could so that they arrange my tow. When I called it took three hours for a tow truck to finally be dispatched to come. Over all the customer service at this dealership is lacking. After you purchase your car they do not care about keeping you satisfied as a customer, they do not care about your inconveniences, stay far away from this establishment.

Anthony Walker1This is my last time dealing with this dealership I had too many bad experiences my last one was a couple months ago my glk was shaking while driving cherry hill Mercedes charged me $249 dollars too check told me I needed new tires and rims false diagnostic went to mom and pop shop in philly it was the control arms wheels and tires was fine smdh a friend of mine was their the other day and treated unfairly it’s a shame this place is still in business

Shera Khan1I will never buy a Mercedes Benz again. I’ve had my car less than a month and it’s been nothing but a headache and the service department here is a nightmare to deal with. Very shady and untrustworthy. This will be the third time bringing my car back to get fixed because of a noise that they first said was the suspension, then they said it was a loose panel, and now I still have the same noise. Incompetent at best and no one is on the same page here. I just want out of this car altogether.

Richard A5I'm from South Carolina and eas in an accident up north. The next day I brought the car into MB of Cherry Hill and they checked out the car, taped it up so water wouldn't do any more damage and didn't even charge me a penny. This is a first class dealership.

Unlike other car dealers, there was no pressure or waiting time like other dealers. Processing, negotiating, and test drives were all conducted with class and order. I would recommend this car dealer to any one looking to own a Mercedes.

Rigge Pluck1Brad the service "tech" told me the problem with my car was the key, after my regular mechanic and I had both told him the problem is NOT the key. I asked if he had run a diagnostic test on my car to which he replied: if you want to me to charge you $170 only to come back and tell you the problem is the key, I can do that. After that, I did not trust him with my car at all and went to pick it up. While there, the dealership owner over heard me speaking to the front desk lady and by being very nice and respectful, unlike Brad, convinced me to bring my car back to let them try to find out what was wrong with it. I dropped it off again on Wednesday. By Friday at lunch time I still hadn't heard anything so I called. This time Tom was the service tech since I did not want Brad even near my car. Tom told me that he was going to try to get to my car on Friday but might not get to it till Saturday. By Saturday at 4, I had not heard anything once again, and called. The front desk person offered to put me through to Tom's voicemail after telling me that neither Tom nor his service people even work on Saturdays!!!! Please somebody explain to me how he was supposed to get to my car on Saturday if neither he nor any of his service techs even work on Saturdays?!?! Once again, the best the front desk person can offer me is somebody's voicemail until Monday!! By Monday, my car will have been there for five days untouched!! I will never again for as long as I live even play with the thought of owning a Mercedes!! Once you buy one, they got you by the ........ as far as the service goes, and they take FULL ADVANTAGE of it!! Do NOT go to Cherry Hill Mercedes if you expect any kind of expedient service!!!
