  Poor Service the guy have a lot of attitude who's working there the Guyanese guy who is working there they don't know anything they are thinking they're very smart they working ! but they don't know anything .they don't know what people need it if anybody asking for anything they just write it down number telling to call them or they just taking one them business card and writing on their you needed this. they don't want to print any information my account is in TD Bank I'm asking to I want to bring them money from a different country into my account and please print it out what I need it they don't want it they making so many excuse

  Came in on a weekday. Lines were long and busy. I was approached by employee M.Dunn and was offered to be taken care of. Excellent customer service. Fast and efficient. Very pleased to be with this TD. Will recommend to others.

  Need to wait a long time just to access the safe deposit box. Went to close the save deposite box. The officer (I know HER name, prefer not to mention) was not knowledgeable, she had lack of patience. Overall a very bad experience, bad customer service. Not bad, actually worse. Bye bye Rockaway Blvd branch

  I think it’s high time that the corporate office comes in to address all the issues at this location, staff should be retrained in customer service, one atm inside the branch is a bit frustrating especially when there are 4 tellers but 3 out of the 4 or busy gossiping. I really wanted to rate this place a half of a star but I couldn’t.

  To much waiting outside but at the end Ms Carolin was able to help me with my complicated transaction. It was very difficult to figure out but she listen and figure it out by calling the customer service and she made my day. Thanks

  Simply amazing branch everyone is beyond friendly and helpful. I was helped by Pamela and she was great. She was very professional and informative. I am completely satisfied by their service.

  There really should be security after hours because people are just walk through the drive through not going inside make it possible people with there car and want use the atm

  I called to see if a check is good so that I can deposit the check in my capital one account. The representative was so rude to tell me that she won't help me because I don't have an account. Also she was telling me that there is a charge to cash a check if I dont have any account even though the check is a td bank check. They are like a regular check cashing place. Worst bank I've ever dealt with. And there should be an option called "Poor". But by adding fair with poor and calling it poor to fair, they make themselves look good.

  The lines are always long and there's always a wait with the atm, cashiers and drive thru. Be prepared to spend a good amount of time for even the simplest transactions. Not the worst td bank I've been to though

  This bank has terrible service 95% of the time I visit . The atm machine never works. Also, there’s only ever two employees here to help. This location makes TD bank The Most Inconvenient Bank EVER.
