  Please avoid this company. I was told multiple times that they can get a deal done for me no matter what my credit was. I was advised to clean up my credit and once that happens I'll be able to be approved for a loan. It took me 3 months to get my credit up. Drexel mortgage pulled my credit twice. Once to see my initial credit report and then to see the results after me cleaning it up. Once they sent my application to a bank and I was denied, I got the run around for weeks after. No taking of calls no returning of emails. Was like this company just up and disappeared.  After weeks of no response I opted to go with another company. Fast forward to 4 months after no response from Terry or Prattima, I received a hard inquiry from drexel/cis without my approval. Long story short they can't get you approval if your credit isn't ideal or has an blemishes.

  It was an absolute pleasure to work with Drexel Mortgage. Terry and his team did an amazing job at guiding us throughout the entire process of getting our first mortgage.   I recently purchased a home and Drexel Mortgage did a wonderful job from start to finish. From my initial meeting with Terry to closing, I felt reassured and comforted that they were going to do their best to get me the lowest interest rate possible. In the the end I was satisfied with the rate I received. The ladies at the front desk are prompt with their replies to questions and concerns.   Drexel mortgage company was excellent at handling our first time home purchase, Terry and his staff Prittma and Sabrina are true experts at their job they were very patience and extremely knowledgeable. I truly appreciated the availability of being able to call Terry on Sunday on his day and I would ask him to crunch numbers for me when I go to open house and he would do it. I was even having trouble with my agent and he got a good agent that helped us get the house we purchased. One of the most important thing I loved about this guy he would give you advice once you asked and direct you in right direction and at the end of day made us his client felt that he has your best interest at heart and it not about the commission, speaks of character.

  Drexel Mortgage did a terrific job helping me get approved for my mortgage. My credit score was not great, but thanks to Terry, his team, and their expertise, I was able to get a fantastic interest rate and close in 40 days. Buying a home can be very intimidating, but when you have a team of professionals to provide guidance, it makes the entire process less stressful. They made things simple and spent a good deal of time providing clarity and explaining the many complicated issues that can arise. It was a great experience working with Drexel, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Jay

  From the very first call until after closing, the entire team at Drexel was incredible. Both times, when i was a first time home buyer and after when i did my refi, they were efficient, professional, thorough, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

  The people at Drexel Mortage led me on a wild goose chase. Pulled my credit and refused me a prequalification letter. The loan officer Sabrina made promises to me and then refused my call handing me over to Teri (the owner) who upon speaking with me for the very first time told me he was wasting his time with me. How fustrating that a company that you would entrust with your personal information would discard you that way? Very unprofessional, intolerant and impudent Teri was. Stay clear of this company, they will drop the ball on you - fair warning.

  Was a pleasure doing business with Drexel and terry. His staff was very prompt and helpful in making my mortgage process simple . They overcomed every situation all way to closing table . Definitely recommend ! Thanks terry and crew!!
