Valerie Janowski1I entered the branch at 12:30PM. I waited until 1:30PM. At which point the consultant went to lunch after seeing I was there waiting for over an hour. I was next to be seen when I came in at 12:30PM. At 1:45PM I was told someone would be right with me. At 2PM I go to the teller and ask to please use the restroom since I have been here for awhile. The teller informs me due to COVID they are unable to comply. I go home and come back at 2:30PM. The consultant helps someone else. The teller informed the consultant I have been here for hours. She takes less than 5 minutes to help me and informs me to make an appointment next time. They are rude and unhelpful at this branch.

NYC Limo and Vintage cars1The lines are always long with one teller. The other two tellers want to help you use the machines. If this is the case, the tellers doesn't need a job, the ATM machines will do just fine. The branch Manager doesn't care that his customers are waiting a long time. It does matter if you're a business or private client, everyone waits on the same line.

Kal El1Horrible service. I went to the teller they sent me to a banker. Banker sent me to someone else. Waited for over an hour. Got the worst possible customer service ever. Lady named Leelan Morgan. Horrible and mean. Kept talking and talking and treating me with disrespect. Going to be changing banks as soon as I can. Horrible branch. Disgusting behavior from this lady. Never banking with them again thanks to her. MS.LEELAN MORGAN is a DISGRACE to humanity.
