I went to this TD location to get bank records and have some paperwork notarized. Store manager, Wes O’Bryan assisted me with both tasks. Wes was extremely professional and kind throughout my experience. He went above and beyond helping me and giving me guidance to my questions. Highly recommend this branch if you live in the area and to utilize Wes for any bank related needs!

They are constantly closing and changing hours with no notice or consideration to the business that depend on them. More like America's most inconvenient bank.

Whoever the notary of the public is there, was very rude. She had our document in hand, with ID, ready to sign and then asked if we were a customer. I had said no, and she then went on to say well if you aren’t a customer here, she cannot help us. They only notarize for customers only. Now I’m sure as a company they have the right to do that, but would that really make me WANT to be a customer? After being treated like scum? Nope. Just confirmed why I’ll never be a TD bank customer.

Went to the drive through window for depositing checks. Took unusually long and the person in the next lane who came way later was done in a couple minutes. Then I looked back at the tellers and surprised to see the one that took my checks handing it off to another teller to get processed while she helped another customer. Well maybe because I looked Asian so she didn’t want my cooties.

5 years iv'e been asking for a statement on my mortgage. most people, said loosely, are pleasant but i accomplish zero on the phone or in person. one phone call was 67 people and 2 hours and 45 minutes. they triggered almost one thousand in fees too. The new well earned name is T FEEE Bank. Beware of the scams. Google class action law suits TD Bank. I won on that one but here they are really screwing me.

I was there for international wire transfer and I gave all the bank details. There was an old female Staff who seems at the age of 55/60. She does not know how to make a wire transfer. I explain her and taught but she is helpless. After all I fell like I’m wasting my time so I went Manchester TD bank branch and did my wire transfer with the help of Brandon. He is a cool guy and knows a lot about online internet banking. Thank you Brandon once again.

Do not use the ATM for a deposit at this location. Especially cash! It never credited $300 for me. They have stated they have had problems before and are not the ones who service them. Banking should be more secured and managed correctly!

A middle aged woman employee may have some anger issues or doesn't like motorcycles. She walked out to the drive through and told me to stop aggressively so she can check on something at the machine. Then when she got back inside she said I was rubbing it in because I was on a motorcycle on a nice day and she was stuck inside working. I know it wasn't a joke because she spoke to me in an aggressive manner. Lady, if you don't like your job then quit because a lot of people would like to have a job in times like these.

One hour wait to replace a debit card. One customer in front of me and one person in the whole place that can replace cards. Absolutely a huge oversight by management. It was like I was just a floor ornament, no care or concern for my wait. An hour wait. For a replacement card. With no acknowledgement of my wait. New staff &/or management is needed, or just close the useless place.
