  After the being rear ended dust settled, I found myself in a situation where I needed to purchase another vehicle…I went to my new branch, without an appointment, feeling stressed about what I was going to do and I was greeted by Laurie! only later did I realize she was the branch manager…I can’t say enough, she was helpful, attentive and worked with me to make it all work! I love this bank and have for several years, I am new to this area and had stellar service at my original branch in Rochester, I can now say that love my new branch and the staff who are there presently are amazing! Thank you Laurie for being amazing!

  A Very big thank you to the ladies at the Hooksett, NH branch for always making me feel welcome and always helping me with my loan needs and questions!! Every time I have gone there for my old vehicle loan they were pleasant and welcoming. so much so that when I was purchasing my new vehicle and I was asked what credit union I would like to use I asked if Northeast Credit Union was an option and when the dealer said yes I was very happy and pleased to do business with them again!! Fantastic service and professionalism!!

  Amazed by how kindly and quickly my issues were resolved!! I entered the Hooksett branch a disheveled mess with an overdrawn account at roughly 5 minutes before closing. I braced myself for any well deserved attitude about it being so close to closing, but I was greeted cheerily by Gabriella. She swiftly assisted me in righting the issues with my account and advised me on the next steps I should take to avoid future fees. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you!

  Gabby at the Hooksett NH branch was outstanding, a true definition of what customer service should be. She help me with a very complex effort and made it almost seamless. A true banking professional.

  Very disappointed with NECU, automatic transfer to make loan payment stopped without notice. Reset automatic transfer but it still did not happen. Tried a one time online payment, NECU required me to enter a “ one time passcode “ which came to my phone 48 times, none of which worked. I had to take time out of work to clear up. Still don’t know if NECU has fixed their problem. I would not recommend NECU to anyone.

  Randy from the service center was amazing! He helped me with all my needs, was courteous and friendly and went out of his way to make sure my needs were met. Thank you RANDY!! ALSO WANT TO SHOUT OUT TO LAURIE AND STAFF AT YHE HOOKSETT BRANCH. Simply wonderful customer service!

  Laurie Beebe has been someone I have known for over 15 years . She was instrumental in helping me rebuild my financial foundation when life was at a low eb. She took a chance and established me as a member. I asked recently for assistance to refinance my home and she pointed me in the right direction. What an excellent asset to the Credit Union , what a wonderful human being. I cannot say enough for what I feel she is to the community and to getting my own situation up and running for what I needed over all these years. Thank You , Thank You , Thank You ! Gerry Gallop

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I LEFT 3 VOICEMAILS AND SENT VARIOUS MESSAGES AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

  Friendly and efficient staff with quick and easy drive-thru virtual teller services. The building and technology is also very nice and modern (no need for deposit/withdrawal slips!). I also wasn’t charged for notary services when I used them once. Overall a great banking experience, unfortunately I have to switch banks, but I will certainly miss it here!
