Do not use this bank for loans, they will loose your legal documents IE Titles or other important paperwork, tell you “oh we don’t deal with those” and tell you there’s nothing they can do about it.. 10/10 do not recommend!! Absolutely horrible Staff and customer service over the phone is even worse, what they say goes even if it doesn’t make sense!! Their hours are just as bad not open weekends at all and they do not have an atm. Best hope you have a bank card or no money for the weekend. Will not do business with this bank ever again nor will I refer any friends or family.

Pam (I believe was her name) helped me through a very annoying mishap. I use granite state credit union which is a shared branch with Heritage and I pay my car loan through them. Well it turns out the tellers at my bank for 4 months were mistakenly putting my money that I said to go towards my car loan into my savings account with heritage Instead... I dont use my heritage account what so ever. I got calls saying was missing payments and a call from my car dealership saying they were going to take my car because of another credit unions mistake so I gave Heritage a call to see what was up. Pam was patient with me and found a resolution quickly. Shes as sweet as honey, the best customer service I've ever received.

Paid a balance late. Gave them double the next month. They applied the extra payment to principal and rolled the past due amount forward for 3 months, reporting me late 3 times. Called to resolve, told to get lost. Disputed w/ credit bureau and no luck. Called back to get a resolution, told I could talk to the company VP but he isn't at his desk at 2:00 on a Wednesday. Left a message and haven't heard back in 6 months. Every time I call he is the only one I can talk to and not at his desk Sent my first payment in by mail. They cashed the check, didn't apply it to my account and reported me late. I had to print a copy of the endorsed check to get them to fix my credit that time. They totally suck

Trying to obtain a mortgage was the most frustrating experience I ever had in banking. Slow, double-talked, shifting rates and fees, and seemingly made up excuses not to follow through with the mortgage. I had a previous mortgage there, have impeccable credit, AND had enough in savings to pay for the home outright. Just needed a small mortgage, which I eventually got, but I will never go there again. It was a bad story with an unhappy ending. One month after closing, I refi-ed with the largest on-line mortgage company in the country. They've been great.

I used to LOVE this credit union...NOW, however, not so much. As someone earlier stated, they've gone to the "bank" mind set! Through an error of theirs(it started with them)....I paid over $400 in OD Fees, which they have refused to return and that puts me in a VERY BAD place! Now, I can't get caught up on anything!!!! That's A LOT of $$$$.

Worst bank ever, was a co-signer for someone and found out they only put me on the loan and allowed him to sign papers to be put on the title without my knowledge, they say I signed to let him but can’t show me the papers with this signature. They have allowed him to access my account and make deposits and then with draw without my authorization. They just laugh and cover things up for this. They are horrible, rude, lie and do what they want. I’ve made many attempts to try and figure this out but they just tell me to bad need to work it out with the one I was co-signing for. Sonya and Matt are deserving people. Will never do any other business with them.

Please take this as a friendly suggestion. I have had the displeasure of using this bank on 2 loans, one being back about 5yrs ago. The customer service then was just as pathetic as it is now. I have had NOTHING but issues with this bank for start to finish on both loans (2nd loan is current) I have had many conversations with the branch manager on problems with my account. VERY RARELY will Matt Sullivan call you back as he tells you he will. I am writing this review with the hopes to help anyone who is considering this bank for any type of banking needs. I also belong to DCU and Navy federal and I will NEVER AGAIN be ignorant enough to use this bank no matter what the situation is. If it's a loan, I'll go without ! We all work hard for our money, be satisfied on who you have to give it to

I go in here almost everyday. The staff there is so rude I can't even believe it. The manager is wonderful and very great and Ive dealt with them for about a year now. the first time I ever went in there they seemed aggarvated I even came in. when my mother came home telling me how rude they were to her, that was it. I will never get an account with them. They hate their jobs apparently. Poor customer service. I didn't want to have to write this but I have to drive all the way to a different bank now to avoid this poor customer service. 👎👎

This is a credit union with the business mindset of a bank. I am Absolutely astonished by the ineptitude of the staff on every level. Only dealt with them on a truck that was questionably financed to me. Considering they fired everyone involved at Best Ford Lincoln

I have had several car loans. And this bank is by far the worst. They wont send a statement to tell you your pay ment is due. So you will forget then they charge you a extra fee. There is no real info on there website that helps you out. For some reason they are always closed and when they are open its always rushed. Pay over the phone yes please oh wait theres a 5$ fee. On top of the money i am trying to give them but hard to get to them. I would have given this place zero stars but there wasn't an option. Hope this helps you decide not to use them
