Dan1JOKE of a bank. Impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. Expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes before speaking with anyone semi-useful. They put you on hold forever, then when they finally answer they say they can’t help you and redirect you to someone else, where you again wait on hold forever. They don’t want you to make payments so they can intentionally charge you all kinds of fees. Staff are the nastiest most unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune of speaking with. I’d sooner be homeless and car-less than ever use this bank again for a loan!!

Caitlin Vasconcelos-Ortiz5I was researching a ton of ways to go about getting my first auto loan and found that credit unions were the best way to go. 2 years ago, this location was fairly new so I visited them. They did advise that I couldn't get a loan on the spot but did accept a cosigner. I received a 4 year loan with a really low interest rate and paid it off in two years and got my title immediately. Thank you! Hope to do a motorcycle loan on my own soon!

Monica ARQUETTE1Unfortunately the supervisor gave inaccurate information. Luckily her manager acknowledged with me not once but twice that I was correct on what their institution considers a hard credit inquiry versus soft just for joining the bank. No loan application here. I never asked for any type of loan or credit offer. Sad most of these reviews run true. I was only going to teach my daughter how to open an account. In this case the commercial banks are more thorough and far less deceiving. Closing our accounts

Suzette1Today, I deposited money and noticed an unexpected service fee. I was directed to the guy that was immediately the first office to the left as you walk through the door. I told him it seems like I have an overdraft fee, thought I had till the branch opened to deposit and as a courtesy is there anyway I can get the fee removed. He just totally blew me off, said once it's on there it can't be removed. Very unprofessional, all he did was look at a print out I handed him from the teller. Never said sit down, or let me look into your acct if we ever adjust anything for you in the past, nor did he say let me see what I can do. No suggestions, no request, no nothing. Unbelievable, felt as though I interrupted him and no effort on his part to help a customer. Went home called the 800# as soon as a representative came on, in less than 2 minutes he reviewed my acct & noticed no request & as a courtesy removed my overdraft fee. He also explained overdraft fee are applied midnight. if I should ever need to deposit, it would be before the start of that day. Thank you 800# representative Nyzid for your time & patience

David Maxfield5I recently opened a First Financial Base Savings and Secured VISA. Both Jacqueline Setser, AVP, Member Services & Sales and Jessica Rocha, Branch Manager were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. First Financial Federal Credit Union is a great option if you are looking for a local, reliable credit union. I highly recommend the Howell/Freehold branch without reservation.

Jessica Walton1Just had a phone Interview. Overall the interview was ok except for one thing.......they base someone off of credit instead of their experience????? My credit should not justify they way I perform at my workplace nor the service I’m giving to my customers. It takes integrity, confidence and experience to do a job. My financial history nor anyone’s financial history shouldn’t matter. It’s a job being applied for; not a loan.

Trystan Flock2This branch is at slow speed. If you need something the tellers cannot do, you have to wait for the one person available. Waited for an hour. This is very inefficient-not enough employees, but them employees who are there are very good and provided excellent service.

Elisabeth Burns1I applied for a car loan online and never received contact from them after they did a hard inquiry on my credit. I do not recommend them and I will never go to them again.
