  The young girl working at the drive through never put my Amex card and my drivers license back into the envelope. Once I realized this I had to go into the bank bc the drive thru was too busy, and after I told another clerk what happened I waited 15min to get my cards back. All they had to do was walk a few steps into the back and grab them. I was extremely frustrated. Years ago I deposited a personal check from a job I did. They made it available almost immediately without checking if the funds would clear. Needless to say the check was no good, and I was penalized for it EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE THE ONES WHO MADE THE FUNDS AVAILABLE WITHOUT EVEN CONFIRMING THE CHECK WAS GOOD!!!!!

  Today I paid for my credit card and my husband's credit card and I asked for the balances of our credit cards but the clerk did not write them down for us. Moreover he did not give us back the first pages of our credit card bills which contain all the information about the credit cards, including the points we made. The clerk was so careless. I am very disappointed with him. I never experience this before.

  Very disappointed. Wants me to go to Chester to handle my banking needs because I opened my account at the branch in Chester. Very dismissive with the issues I’m experiencing.

  The staff is friendly and the place is cleanly. My issue is with the bank itself. It's terrible. Be sure to count every penny that goes in and out of your account and to use your app every waking moment because if you misstep even the slightest bit something will clear when you're most vulnerable and they will overdraft you as much as humanly possible. Customer service is hit or miss with these issues. They either fix the problem or give you a condescending speech as if it's your fault. Do not bank with this company, they will only steal your money.

  This location is an exact example of what customer service is all about. The staff every individual person at this location treats there customers with respect and compassion. They see all there customers as a person, without prejudging or assuming. I enjoy visiting this location, I actually look forward to going.

  Great personalized service by Jacqueline Supko | AVP | Small Business Specialist and Janice Matteo, Mgr. I was apprehensive about my transaction but they walked me through it, making it easy to understand. They responded quickly with any of my questions or concerns.

  The drive-through lines are way too long at this bank. You would think during Covid they would have more people working at the drive-through window not just one person. Come on TD Bank get with it.
