COVID Aug 2020. I went to make a payment for the locker rentals and someone greeted me at the door. He took the check and deposited it at the branch which worked perfectly for me. Overall good experience to get my work done.

I went to this location....I Guess what I did not like was how the manager was treating her employees. I wanted to say something but was not sure if it was appropriate I was really dumbfounded at her snapping her fingers at a male employee talking rudely to her female tellers.....I used to work for you guys I was so disappointed because that was not leadership....more of a slave master mentality not the TD Bank I know I was so disgusted I did decide to close my account and not do business with you guys anymore. This abuse by the manager seems like she is used to getting away with it

Iv been considering opening up a TD Bank account since Iv heard decent things, and love that they are open on Sundays. That was until I went to this branch needing a few singles and a roll of quarters. It seems they recently changed there policy on offering change to non-account holders. The staff member I was first talking to about the exchange was rude when I had mentioned I’m not currently an account holder. I did eventually get some of the change I needed but the experience was so off putting that I won’t even consider opening an account the TD Bank and will recommend everyone stay away from TD Bank.

I come here every so often to deposit or withdraw money. Whether I am coming in to see the teller or I am at the ATM machine. Always a friendly team! Someone is always greeting you at the door. This place is quick and easy for withdrawing and depositing. I dont' really use their other services unfortunately to know if they are responsive enough for customers needs.

Very upset with TD Bank. We went to open up a small, business account at the TD Bank Branch in White Plains, NY on Mamaroneck Avenue in September, 2017. While setting up the account we were strongly encouraged by a bank officer to buy a product, "Clover", which we were told by someone at the branch, we needed to have. Clover is offered by "TD Merchant Service", obviously a part of TD Bank. Based on my positive credit rating I was told I would be elevated to "Premiere Service" and was eligible to apply for "Clover". Wonderful! It seemed like, if we were approved, we were being given a privilege that other business owners were not afforded. Taking their advice, I signed on to Clover. I was charged $144 at the time. Looking back, as a mental health practitioner in private practice, I had (and still have) little or no need for these services, but I was told it would save me money and reduce the fee on my monthly statement. My required minimum balance on my business account would also be lower. Things were structured to make it sound like I was a fool not to buy the product. When I ran into problems with Clover I went to my TD bank branch to try to resolve the issue. They absolutely refused to help me, they told me I had to call Merchant Services to rectify the situation. In other words, my branch was only the salesman in the situation and had nothing to do with it afterwards, they said the had no responsibility for what was to follow. I eventually realized that I didn't need the product and, in fact, I have never used it once. I tried to call the MS number and was either unable to get through or put on interminable hold. When I did get through no one I spoke to was helpful and they were sometimes rude. All I wanted to do was to cancel. I went back to my branch for assistance, was not assisted, and instead was given more phone numbers some of which were disconnected. All this time I was being charged the $25 monthly for the service I was not using. Finally, I got through, and canceled the account. I was then charged a $350 early termination fee. An early termination fee for a product I never used? When I objected, I was given additional phone numbers to try to get my early termination fee back but, after several attempts, I gave up. By that time the pattern was clear. In addition, wrapped into this product package was another expense from another company, "Security Metrics" which charged me $77 a year. I was told I could not have Clover unless I was covered by this particular company. I was never told about this at TD Bank. In short, my experience has been terrible, I wasted an enormous amount of time, and I feel I have been in effect been hoodwinked. Over $1,000 wasted. TD bank is supposed to be the "convenient bank". It was a horror story for me.

Plan on spending 10 minutes on lne to get to the single teller who is working hard to keep up. Many employees are walking around and in & out of the back office while the lines grows. Others sit quietly at their desks shuffling papers.I called their 800 number today with a question and had to wait ten minutes for my call to be answered. I was then told because it was about my business account, she would transfer me (no reference to that on the pre-recording). Then another ten minute wait. Do not open an account here -- this is the worst run bank I have ever used. I am plann to open an account elsewhere. I've taken the time to write this review to spare others from the wasted time waiting in line.

Do not use this Bank. They charge you maintenance fees and don’t notify you of them. When you inquire about the fees, then they say “well you should have known when you opened the account”. The staff was conceding and unhelpful, just giving me the runaround.

Made a small deposit of cash (under $400) and the tell told me I'm $50 short - I def wasnt since i always double count before. Needless to say - I'm out $50 and the teller got a bonus. I dont bank with them anymore. FYI - i had this happen before at this bank and the teller said "ooopppsss its stuck inside the envelope" and "found" it.
