      No arrangements for COVID...and management is not good in the bank..prefer other branches but ATM service is hood

      I own a business nearby and have my merchant account through this location. Every single staff member is kind and gracious towards us. They are prompt professional and courteous. We wanted to have our accounts with a bank that was large but still knows the importance of the personal touch. Luckily we found it all here! Ps: they offer notary services!

      This bank has terrible customer service that one star that i put they should’ve even got that. The manger was really rude and nasty and the employees are really rude and nasty I don’t understand there rules are stupid and I feel because I was black they did that because if I was white they would have did it makes no sense at all all I was trying to do was open a account

      worst experience ever with a teller.i gave her my ID before she even ask for and she let me stay there over 20 min then call manager that i use a passport to open account and now i have an ID somebody explain that to me.she could deposit my check but I couldn't withdraw so I demand my check back.HORRIBLE TELLER!!!
