  I never had a problem with this bank at first they were always very helpful however lately I've been noticing a lot of overdraft fees, at first I just thought I wasn't keeping good track of my spending and some time to time I do overdraw if I need to understanding there will be a $35 fee. However I discovered that all my transactions were being posted out of order which ended up in more overdraft fees being accrued. I have the online app and every time I make a transaction the app is immediately updated so I know that the bank can see when the purchase was made and against what balance so the transactions should be posted in the order that they are made. And then when you call to question they act like it's my fault that I'm the stupid one for over drawing when I know how much money is in my account when I make a transaction I'm deducting everything in my head as I go but I have no control when they're going to take things out in any order they choose.

  The manager Lauren took the time to personally help me through a business transaction and went way above and beyond in making sure the commitment I made to my client was taken care as a top priority. She managed this for 2 days and called me throughout to make sure I was up to date. Then it came down to the wire and she fit me in after 5 pm to have my transaction completed. Then she stayed late and called me an hour later to confirm that my transaction was done. I now have 3 accounts with TD and I am extremely happy to have people like Lauren, who understand great customer service, in place to manage my portfolio. 5 stars and many thanks.

  So I'm sitting here as we speak...tellers apparently can't help us. We're all waiting for ONE customer service guy, who is queued up for what feels like a small eternity. I came from VA to buy a car in PA, and they won't accept a check from my bank unless I fill out an endorsement release. OK, fine. We've been sitting here a total of 30 minutes because only one guy is able to get us a form to fill out? I want to go home...not hang out at a TD bank all afternoon. In short, their check acceptance process is stupid, and their in-branch wait time is equally, if not more stupid. Bank here if you like waiting painfully as the cold clutches of death inch closer and closer as you waste time, I guess.

  No the fastest location, I think I might want to stick with my local TD bank.

  Generally fine. My biggest complaint is lack of drive-through ATM, which apparently is a corporate decision. Hours are good compared to other local branches.

  It's wrong that they don't allow their tellers to have chairs unless they are handicapped. That's just un-American!

  It’s crazy that in difficult times like this they charged me $10 to cash $100 personal check so inconsiderate that people are not working and are struggling to make ends meet I will never bank there or will recommend anybody to pure robbery it’s a darn shame 😡😡😡

  Better bank than many others ones I've dealt with. Haven't had a problem with them (yet).
