Leah Chen1I’ve been so disappointed every time I have interacted with this credit union. To begin, when I walked into the branch I was asking for information on accounts and mentioned that I didn’t yet have an account at diamond. I asked for information on a savings and investment options and the teller kindly gave me pamphlets but didn’t offer to help me in any other way. I also went into the branch on a couple of occasions to ask questions and the tellers there didn’t seem very responsive. Lastly, and this is the biggest one, they simply do not answer the phone! I was put on hold for several minutes and literally walked into an empty branch with my phone still on hold for That particular branch. I showed it to the tellers at the front line and said that I had been on hold and that maybe there’s a problem because there wasn’t anyone in the branch. They said oh and didn’t do anything.

Dylan5Edwin was great over the phone. I dealt with a lot of service reps in the past few months while trying to get my credit up to buy a house. Not one of them was nearly as helpful as Edwin, and I got more information from her in the course of twenty minutes then I did from everyone else combined. These guys are looking out for you. Moving forward I'm going to try and stick with Diamond for credit building and a mortgage.

Kenneth Hartford5I love supporting local credit unions. It's the only way to bank in my opinion. We are all part of the bank as we own a very small percentage. Diamond is always out to serve the customer and I am very greatfull for that. Not many businesses out there that can say that honestly.
