  Horrible customer service. How the hell are you on one of the most prominent corners of the city and have such bad customer service. Waited two minutes while employees chatted and I stood there ideally. Please train staff on appropriate customer service skills.

  It is hard to find a meter to park. I had to parked and walked 15mins to get here. But trust me. the young lady from customer service name Crystal is super professional. She handled my matter in a minute. Thanks again.

  Worst bank I have experienced in my life. Homeless people come here to sit in customer service waiting chairs with no mask and security personnel reading his cell phone. Bank has an iPad sign in queue but staff completely disregard the order of arrivals. A complete joke of a bank. To think I used TD for 15 years and 10 years prior to that in Canada and see how a business deteriorated like this, is sadness & madness. Zero star!

  I've been with TD Bank forever. I truly happy to be their customer. My one and only issue is the mobile deposit. When trying to center the check and making sure you are close enough it snaps a pic. Literally in 1.2 seconds. Back and front. So, of course, I have to end up going into the bank. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I inquired as to the time length to take a pic while at the branch. The teller didn't know which is fine but when she asked another (who is not a teller) the question I was brushed off with a " I don't know how that works, I'm not in IT". I can honestly say that was the first time I felt as though I wasn't a customer.

  Another unexpected bad experience here at TD Bank. When you have one notary on staff, then the team should rally together in order for someone to get something notarized. It takes 5 mins! Ask one of your teammates to help open a basic checking account while you help someone else. It below my mind when TD bank market their products and services as the best when the process is broken.

  I was having an enormously frustrating experience dealing with over-the-phone support, so coming in and speaking to the rep. (his name was Paul Mullin) in person and resolving my account issue was an absolute relief. I honestly don't understand why the ratings for this place are so bad - I suppose it has to do with what time of day that you come into the place. before the post-work rush begins should be a good idea.

  It's centrally located, has a lot of in-flow of customers, yet has the worst customer service possible. The tellers are slow, have bad attitudes and the staff as a whole is not very well versed in finance. You should opt going to another nearby branch if possible.

  In general the worst service ever, I just opened 2 weeks ago an account with them and I regret it already... Nothing works; wrong information, the worst customer service ever to top up they still your money and over charge you: OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH TD BANK WAS THE WORST MISTAKE EVER THE NEXT STEP IS GOING TO BE A LAWSUIT.
