  I have had the worst experience with TD Bank. If you plan on financing anything through this company I would advice you to look elsewhere for financing. The customer service people are rude and unwilling to help resolve any issues. Beware of this Banking Institute when you are looking to finance and if a company uses them as a financial option just say NO!

  Been working with this TD Bank branch for the past three years, and our experiences with them have been overwhelmingly positive. Moving to a different part of the state, we're hoping the new branch will be as good! All of the people working the counter have always been pleasant and helpful, making me glad to have come in. They gladly guide me through whatever situation I have that day, whether simple or complicated. 👍 The main area is always clean and welcoming, with plenty of comfy seats if you need to wait. But really, I rarely have more than a few minutes before someone is available, if not right when I walk in. Along with their overall welcoming vibe, I also appreciate that they do not discriminate against barefooters, and have always greeted me the same regardless of my choices for footwear or not. 👣👟 #BarefootBanking #BarefootIsLegal #BarefootReviews #BarefootGirl247

  I recently opened a new account with this branch and have had an awesome experience. I initially came in just to open a new account and Drake helped me with several other banking options that are perfect for where I'm at in my life. I had such a great experience that I sent my fiance over to open an account as well. Can't express how grateful we are for the help and excellent customer service!

  UPDATE: This branch is still terribly understaffed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This branch is terrible. I have had multiple issues with their staff in which I ended up having to go to the downtown greenvile branch to have fixed. Don't bother with them here as you will either told a wrong answer or not get what you're looking for. Very incompetent.

  One teller say one thing and then ask the other and then the next day another say something else. About changing a check that I got from my lawyer on a case. Now I just go to downtown TD Bank they are knowledgeable and helpful.
