  Not what I anticipated from this location. They charge my card three time trying to get my payment to them. It accept the first payment buy for some reason it tried two more times. Not good at all

  Such a great place! The reviews were not misleading at all. We had the pleasure of working with Tim who was not only knowledgeable, but patient with us and our many questions!   They charge entirely too much for tax preparation, and the ads are very misleading. Also, about 1 in 4 people are approved for an advance, even then they may not be able to qualify for the whole $2500. With this particular location they don't offer direct deposit instead they charge almost a $100 more for their bank to write you a check. It's 2018, and paper checks take 2 to 3 days to process in your bank. Not too mention, I had to call to find out they had my check for two days. All together I paid almost 15% of my taxes I paid out a little more than $600, I have never spent this much with any other place. I decided to try this place thinking I would get an advance, which I didn't qualify for some unknown reason, they tell they don't know why. HERE'S THE KICKER: I got way less back then I usually do, I went somewhere else just to check and even they were able to give me a estimate of 30% more back than I did with m&m tax. The Only part I liked about my experience was the m&ms.

Our fees do start at $69, unfortunately, it sounds like your tax return was much more complex than you may have thought. We strive to get each and every client the BIGGEST possible refund allowed by the IRS. As you can see from other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers.   They are everywhere and almost everyone in my family uses them. They go above and beyond to get you the most out of your tax return. Things you wouldn't even think of. I would definitely recommend them.

  I was very pleased with the service at m and m tax service I have used them in the past but overall I am satisfied.
