  TD Bank in West Ashley is an excellent bank that has everything that you need from a bank all in one place. I have been impressed with their level of service and everything that they have to offer every time I have come in here. The staff here is very knowledgeable and knows what they are doing. I have had a positive experience every time I have been here.

  Great bank with a convenient location and extended hours compared to most other banks. Saturday hours are an added bonus. Drive-up ATM is accessible 24/7. TD has great customer service, both in-person at this location and online and by phone.

  I’ve had my business accounts with this bank since 2007. @TDBank just sent a letter that the minimum balance is increasing to $500 and monthly service charge if below is increasing to $25. TD is running off their long-time loyal small business customers.

  I never know why this branch opens on Saturday, otherwise it never has money. The lady who attends is always looking bad for customers. Grumpy people are not good for working with the public

  Vincent Sharp rude and I’m filing fraud charges against him he updated my account information without my permission I wouldn’t have known if it didn’t come to my email and he is uneducated and very aggressive with his talking.

  Refinanced with them 1st of march - which included HE line of credit - STILL no checks or way to access the HELOC and was told I can't see my account on line unless I open a regular checking as well😖 Also told my husband they do not have his correct DOB or contact info...going into the branch AGAIN today - 5 weeks+ into this chaos they need to get their act together!!!
